Amazing hotel in Ajijic, It’s about 55 away from Guadalajata airport with no traffic. Easy check in, great WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed. Beautiful gardens and it looks like an hacienda.

I don’t think I come back again

Hotel has a “classic “ feel. The rooms are very large but with any older facility, it can look or feel a bit dated. The staff was very responsive in dealing with any issues.

The villa was beautiful and spacious. It has 3 rooms, 1 dinning room, kitchen and living room with fire place. The hotel has his years but it is maintained and clean. It is very calm and quiet to relax. The breakfast is offered every morning and offer several dishes.

Es un buen lugar para una escapada rápida con la familia. El hotel ya tiene sus años, pero tiene un buen mantenimiento, y los espacios de las villas son muy amplios, con su sala, TV, Refrigerador, estufa, (algo de utencilios de cocina), balcon/terraza El desayuno buffet es bueno, con lo básico. Es la segunda vez que vamos y todo bien. El personal muy amable

Me gustó mucho la estancia y el hotel. Un hotel rústico que es para descansar. Recomendado al 100%.

La estancia muy bien, agradable, limpio y muy comodo. Lo único que creo que haría falta sería televisión en los cuartos y puede que en tiempos de mucho calor, aire acondicionado.

The rooms at this hotel are surprisingly large—almost too spacious for comfort—but I have to commend the staff for their dedication. Despite the scale of the place, they really make an effort to provide attentive and friendly service. It’s clear they care about the guest experience, which makes a big difference.

The receptionist was rude and claimed she spoke no English. On the second to last day of my stay she instructed the housekeeper to speak to me on the phone, and informed me I was late checking out. I got dressed and went to the front desk. When I got to the front desk she told me in perfect English she had talked to Expedia and I didn’t have to check out until the next day. No apology was given.
