総合評価とレビュー Hotel Boutique Casa del Poeta Sevilla

GW前の空いている時期にしたつもりが、 セビリアはsemanasantaのためシーズンで満室、 料金も普段に比べて高めでしたが、 評価の高かったこのホテルに1部屋空いていたので 慌てて予約しました。 このホテルはわかりにくい場所にあるので、 宿泊前にメールが送られてきます。 何度かメールをやり取りした中で、 返信や対応が早いので、 宿泊前からこのホテルに安心感や好感を持っていましたが、 チェックインすると、 雰囲気のある中庭で日本の旅館のように お菓子とお茶でおもてなしをしてくれたので、 さらに好感をもちました。 また、チェックインの際に観光やレストラン予約を聞いてくれ、 回答や手配をしてくれるので助かります。 部屋はメゾネットになっていて、バストイレは階下にあり、 狭いながらも機能的に使用することができました。 夜はギターの生演奏があります。 アメニティはロクシタンですが歯ブラシは付いていません。 でも、機会があったらまた利用したいと思いました。

とにかくスタッフの対応の良いホテルでした。サービスはとても気持ちよく、ファシリティも清潔で、ロケーションも良いです。 また宿泊したいホテルです。

少しわかりにくい場所にありますが、観光にとても便利な立地です。ウェルカムドリンクや、チェックインの案内など、非常に丁寧でした。ただ、１階の客室に通されましたが、入った瞬間からずっとかび臭さがありました。高級感のあるとても良いホテルだけに残念です。予約なさる方は、１階以外のお部屋を指定なさることをお薦めします。

　部屋に外につながる窓がなく、たった一つの窓からはホテルの中庭のロビースペースが見えました。部屋を広く感じさせるために、室内に鏡を多用するなどの工夫はみられましたが、閉塞感が伴いました。せめて中庭でフリードリンクでもあれば、少しは違ったのですが。 　ホテルの方のサービスは中程度でした。 　立地は、観光地の真ん中で、アラブ風の入り組んだ路地の中にあり、観光には最適です。

A quiet but wonderful hotel with only 8 rooms and has a perfect access to the Cathedral (walk within 10 minutes). The effective staff all speak very good English and they are helpful enough to meet every kind of needs. It is strongly recommended that the hotel reserve a splendid flamenco show for the guests. (Los Gallos, the oldest but most famous flamenco club in town)

2014年8月に夫婦で２泊しました。 空港から送迎を頼んでいたのは正解でした。自力だったら恐らく辿り着けない場所です。とは言え翌朝気付いたのですが、大聖堂やアル・カサルから徒歩１０分もかからないロケーションであり、観光には至便な場所です。 ホテルスタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。中庭吹き抜けになっておりは朝は朝食会場、夜はラウンジのようになるのですが、夜のラウンジはちょっと見ものです。 そして、到着後はそのラウンジでチェックイン手続きを行ってくれ、ウェルカムドリンクのサービスもありました。 部屋は清潔で必要十分でしたが、惜しむらくは窓がついていませんでした。（中庭の内廊下に面した窓はありました）。宿泊した部屋によるのかもしれませんが、この点だけは残念でした。 とは言え、珠玉という言葉が正にあてはまる素晴らしいホテルでした。強くお勧めします。

現地発ツアーのピックアップ場所が変更になった連絡がホテルに入り、その旨を教えていただきましたが、それだけではなく、時間になるとピックアップ場所まで連れて行っていただきました。元の場所は事前に調べていたのですが、急な変更であり、また旧市街の込み入った場所でしたので、大変助かりました。勿論、立地はセビリア大聖堂のすぐそばで、夜間のライトアップも含め満喫できました。

when one stays in a Boutique Hotel ,you never know ..The location ,staff ,ambience ,was elegant.The atrium and decor was first class..Could not have been more satisfied ...

A step into paradise, Casablanca lilies sending out their perfume surrounding us in their fragrance. Beautiful art, lovely furnishings, candlelit lanterns set a perfect ambiance. Attention to detail and perfect staff. Every need honored and kindness extended. Amazing! A thousand thanks.

Beautiful hotel in center Sevilla. The hotel is a beautifully renovated old house. The architecture is a gem and you will enjoy the quiet patio in the middle of the hotel which is a haven of rest in a buzzing city. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are beautiful. The rooftop has a great view on the cathedral. Highly recommended!

Total gem of a hotel. Fantastic service, great rooms and everything we wanted in a boutique hotel. Walkable to everything yet a quiet retreat off of the main area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful property with a great location!

The property was beautifully fitting for the history of Seville. The staff was very welcoming with pre check-in refreshments. The hotel provides evening guitar music and a lovely roof top view of the city.

What a lovely courtyard! Our teenage children shared a room just next to ours and we all slept very well in the “regular rooms.” The windows faced the courtyard which was perfect as the revelers on a football cup day were very load. Coming from the USA about midday, we were exhausted. The staff received us with refreshments while our rooms were being prepared and we were able to get in slightly before 3 pm (they set up the kids with 2 twins and ours with a king bed). We woke up early evening in order to eat at one of the excellent restaurants recommended by the concierge (booked ahead of the trip). Our tour guide was organized through the hotel for the next day. Again, we took an afternoon nap in our tomb-like rooms. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings in the courtyard before exploring the city at night. We walked everywhere we wanted to see in Sevilla. We would love to return! What a lovely stay!
