サンタクルーズの駅が近かったことと、レストランがあったので良かった。部屋も広くて快適だった。

空港からも最寄りの駅からも近く 周りはマーケットがあり買い物やお土産の購入に便利でした。 施設は古いですが清潔にしてありました。 バスタオルとフェイスタオルは用意がありました。 シャンプーとボディーソープとハンドソープは備え付けのものがありました。 雨がひどい時は入り口に水が溜まり靴が濡れるのが難点ですが、またムンバイ滞在の際は利用したいと思います。

概して快適に過ごせました。水回りがやや古かったですが、それ以外は毎日変えてくれるフルーツや屋上での朝食(卵料理はその場で作ってくれます)、空港へのシャトルサービスなど、満足できるものでした。フロントの方も好感が持てます。郊外電車のサンタクルス駅から徒歩五分なので、中心部へのアクセスもいいです。

サンタクルーズ駅からも空港からも近く、便利。リノベーションしている部分とまだの部分の差が大きいので、少し高くてもリノベーションしている部屋を選んだ方が良い。朝食は、リスも遊びに来るような気持ちのいいroof gardenで、インド風で美味しかった。

空港から近く、送迎はしっかりしています。 ちゃんと待っててくれました。 朝食はルールサービスで、机がないのでベットの上で食べました。 普通にトーストとオムレツでした。 エアコンは音がうるさいです。 飛行機がたまにやや近くを通ります。

Staff were friendly, breakfast delivered to room, room cleaned when I wanted.

Budget Property

Not properly maintained property. Tiles in bathroom are broken. Plaster loose and falling. Toilet rolls not supplied. Very basic room with air condition not working properly. Very poor condition accommodation room. I would give 1 star rating. I gave 2 star because of the staff were great.

The Hotel was very old and not maintained. Price per night is much higher for such a hotel. it is not a 3 star hotel, as it is mentioned on the Expedia website. The worst night I had in any Hotel. Please remove this Hotel from Expedia website. The place is very noisy and not clean. No Hygiene.

We stayed at the Accord hotel in Dec 2023 for 2 nights. We booked a "Standard Room" at this hotel, which is labeled as a 3-star on Expedia but felt more like a 1-star experience. The room had visible mold discoloration on the walls and large areas of peeling paint above the bed. The bathroom, though clean, lacked proper sealing between the sink and the wall and that area was dirty. The small bathroom rug appeared unwashed. The room lacked essential amenities like a refrigerator, electric kettle, and safe. We chose the hotel based on seemingly positive reviews, but it appears those may be from guests in upgraded rooms. The Deluxe and Executive rooms might meet a 3-star standard, but the Standard room was subpar, more akin to a 1-star experience. A peculiar detail was the bathroom door missing a handle and having instead a slide latch, resembling something more fitting for a shed than a hotel room. The saving grace was the functional AC. We would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Very rude reaction person, no air con mosquitoes omg will never stay again paid for breakfast but charged me for tea and coffee. They change the rules when they want so be careful with what it says when you book

The room was very stuffy and not clean. The bed/ pillow quality was terrible. The TV, toilets facilities were very challenging. I had to stay away for a few nights with my friends. Will not come back.
