A major disappointment! The deluxe room is smaller with lower ceiling than the 4-stars where we also stayed. Electrical outlets are not easily accessible while no USB to charge our electronic devices. No conditioner is their amenities. Beverages and laundry services are almost twice the prices of the 4-stars. Foods are not impressive. Hyundai van with squeaky doors used as hotel transfer to airport and we thought it was an Alphard.
