以前からの口コミで若者が多いとあり、それなりに覚悟はあったが昼夜逆転の人がおり、朝5時までバスルームを占領されトイレに行けず困った。 痴話喧嘩等も聞こえたり、若いが故のイザコザもあったようだ。 それなりに良い設備とサービスが有るので年配者が泊まり難いのは残念です。

こちらの宿は今回で合計4泊しました。去年1泊、今年行きに1泊帰りに2泊。 恐らく他のドミと比べればベターだと思い宿泊を重ねています。ただ改善点はあります。ドミの2段目の客にカーテンが無い、トイレ、シャワーが少ない、地下のダイニング室には常に羽虫が飛び、荷物預かりが2時間以上3€と有料(普通のホテルでは経験した事がない)、屋上は大騒ぎしている大きなの子供のパーティー会場のようで一般の大人の客はまったく落ち着かない、など。 膨大な客数に多人数の従業員という状況で経営にはより細心の努力が求められると思います。

Perfect location to go around the city. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was amagingly tidy but not so spacious. There's a common bathroom which has two showers and two toilets on the floor I stayed, so I could use it if someone was using the bathroom in the doom. This is really helpful.

女一人旅で利用しました。 設備も比較的新しく、気持ちよく利用することができました。 南京錠を持っていくと安全に利用することができると思います。 また、夜に宿泊者を集めてちょっとしたタパスパーティーが開催されるなど、スタッフの気配りもよかったです。 マドリードを訪れる際はまた利用したいです。

スタッフが大変親切。施設も綺麗です。 何より、マヨール広場から徒歩1分以内でロケーションが最高です。 賑やかな界隈なので、夜も全く危なくないです。

女性専用ドミトリーの5人部屋に滞在しました。私以外にはその日は宿泊者がいなかったようで、結局部屋は一人で占有することに！新しいホステルのようで内装もとってもおしゃれで快適でした。

Las niñas que atienden durante el servicio de desayuno son lindamente encantadoras y profesionales, felicitaciones para ellas.

A equipe é muito prestativa, principalmente Silva e Rene, são excelentes! :) Fiquei no quarto quadruplo com banheiro. A cama era boa, armário com bom tamanho e o banheiro era limpo. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, tem pães, dois tipos de frios, um tipo de bolo e torta vegetariana, não possui opções quentes. Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar lá!

Personnels très accueillant et sympathique

I got checked in early and upgraded! Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. In the city center, I loved it.

Friendly staff. Friendly roommates. Very clean.

I had a yummy Spanish omelette every morning and the rooms were kept clean.

I didn’t get sleep

Funcionários muito educados. O quarto era limpo, porém se ouvia muito o barulho que vinha da avenida que é uma região movimentada. Localização perfeita, diz tudo a pé, tem mercadinho em frente, muitos restaurante próximos.

Very social hostel, they have free sangaria workshops every night, walking tours, kitchen access and they have very clean facilities! Definitely would come back if I’m ever in Madrid

Fantastic- will definitely return! Highly recommend :) I’ve stayed in lots of hostels and this is one of the best. Staff were incredible - so helpful and friendly. It really makes such a difference to the vibe and energy of the place when the staff are awesome. Lots of info and everything was made so easy. Super clean. Great bathrooms and showers. Excellent location in centre of Madrid but on a quiet street. No outside noise. Air con in the rooms and throughout the property, which was excellent for summertime. Lots of little details that were appreciated- phone holder when charging bed. Sockets and curtain at bed. Comfy mattress and pillows. Roof terrace is incredible. All the common spaces are comfortable and spacious. Social atmosphere if you’re looking for that -lots of activities, Luggage storage, etc. Gracias Hat Madrid :)

Very social place! I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm and it was good! The sangria night everyday is great. Showers and lockers are good. The rooms’s are quite spacious. Great overall! Would recommend!
