シェーンブルン近くで駅にも近く観光には最適でした。 私たちの英語が下手なせいもありましたが受付スタッフが一方的に話してきて質問に答えてくれるまでに時間がかかりました。

ここはとにかく酷い。フロントには誰もおらず(通路の奥まった場所)、部屋は暗く、冷暖房なし、冷蔵庫なし、週末の観光の情報も得られない。 同一価格帯のホテルを一度見られたら良いのでは、とさえ思う品質の悪さ。 私は出張でｳｨｰﾝに来る時は毎週ホテルを変えていろいろ経験してきたが、ここは最悪に近い。

スタッフの方々大変親切でした。 早い時間にチェックインさせていただき、助かりました。 ホテルは清潔で過ごしやすかったです。 気になった事は、シャワーの勢いが弱めなことのみです。 次回滞在もお願いしたいです！

シェーンブルン宮殿に近く便利。 四人部屋は狭かった。

かなり古くて、寝具の衛生面やベランダに鍵が無いなど安全性に問題あり。早めにチェックアウトした。人にすすめられない。

This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel.

Conviently located next to Schönbrunn and close to the metro. Definitely an older property with few amenties, but a more affordable option than others in Vienna. The plumbing is old so the bathroom had a bit of a smell and also there is no AC so keep in mind for the summer.

Nice and quiet and close to train station and p

The area where the hotel was situated was really good, lots of restaurants and shops, also the underground was a two minute walk away. Schonbrunn was also just across the road. The hotel itself was abit outdated, and the sheets were never changed in the four nights we were there, even though we requested it. Three beds in one room was too much as you could not move around the room.

Hotel was in a good location for transport and to visit the palace. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Couldnt hear anyone in other rooms. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Parken ist ein Problem, wie überall in Wien. Unterkunft selbst ist alt-klassische-Wien Still, aber sehr gut enthalten und man reißt angenehm in die Vergangenheit und lebt in den Luxus von damals

Gute Lage für Wien, man braucht nicht unbedingt ein Auto, da die Ubahn in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.

Pretty average. Okay if you only want to rest overnight because it is not centric at all. Good thing is it has a metro station very close which leaves you Downtown very quick.

Schönes Hotel, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut gelegen, um Wien kennen zu lernen. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und dann in 7 Stationen mitten in die Stadt.

War alles perfekt

Das Hotel Viktoria ist ein nettes 3 - Sterne Haus. Wir kannten es von einem Aufenthalt 2018 und waren uns bewusst, dass wir keinen Luxus erwarten konnten. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon ist aber wirklich nett, nur das Badezimmer leider klein (kaum Abstellfläche für Toilettesachen). Das Doppelbett ist sehr gut, und das Zimmer für 2 Personen sicher groß genug. Wir wussten, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Dass es ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthaltes in Wien so extrem heiß sein würde, dafür kann niemand etwas. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder für kürzere Wienbesuche - allerdings wahrscheinlich nicht mehr im Hochsommer.

Excellent accueil et très bon service. Tout s’est très bien passé pendant notre séjour. Nous avons été ravis.
