I must say i was satisfied with everything. If the maid had spoken some english, that would have been helpful. But the owner mr. Anibal was almost always there.It has a lot of steps but the there is seaview from every room.The use of car is necessary if you want to see around.The beach is five minutes walk away, and supermarket is opposite from Debimar.

Beautiful place in a quiet area. Literally. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Not close to albufeira but a walk along the beach (40 mins approx) will take you to armacao de pera. Taxi to albufeira approx 10 euros. We went in October so very limited on nearby places to eat (only a couple on the beach, quite pricey and shut up very early....by 8.30pm!!)

Autuminal break in a delightful part of Gale. The weather was fantastic and the apartment was ideal for our pool and beach holiday. We have stopped here before and would thoroughly recommend the apartment wanting a chilled out style of holiday at an exceptional price. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.

We have been for a pre-easter week break. That was perfect when you want to have it quiet and relaxed. The place is perfect for that. We had a balcony appartment with great view, the appt. is simple furnished, but everything that is needed is there. Nice beds and a fully equipped kitchen.

Debimar is een no-noncence appertement niet luxe maar wel ruim, compleet, netjes en verzorgd. Loopafstand naar strand in prima. Bovenste 2 verdiepingen hebben echt goed zeezicht. Het ligt in een rustige villawijk wat een leuke sfeer geeft. Het ligt op 3,5 km van Albufeira dus als je de drukte op wil zoeken kan dat eenvoudig met de auto maar zelfs met bus of taxi. Supermarkt aan overkant is erg goed en luxe. Galé zelf is zeer rustig met slechts paar bars die erg rustig waren. Binnen een straal van 1 km diverse eetgelegenheden waarvan een paar erg goed zijn en andere eenvoudig maar voldoende voor gewoon hapje eten. Het strand van plaja Galé is mooi en breed en voorzien van diverse strandtenten. Al met al vonden wij Debimar en het plaatje Galé een aanrader. Voor tieners en gezinnen die van drukte houden misschien iets te rustig. Wifi deed het goed.
