It feels like a three-star hotel. Please note that check-in and check-out are not available 24 hours a day. They will tell you the procedure even if no one is there. However, it is better to inform them and communicate in advance. If you are just going to sleep, it is a decent hotel. It was well cleaned. There is no USB type power supply, so a transformer is required. Surprisingly No water was provided.

フロントの男性がいつも気さくに声を掛けてくれたので、安心して過ごすことができました。また、部屋からの眺めも良くてよかったです。 地上階の入口は、インターフォンを鳴らして入館、5階に上がってもう一度インターフォンを鳴らして、ホテルの入口なので、ご注意ください。 メトロ駅、繁華街、大通りも近くて何をするにも、便利な立地でした。 またマドリードに来ることがあったら、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います。お世話になりありがとうございました。

Excelente ubicación El personal muy atento

The hotel was perfect and very central if you want to be near the most elegant area of Madrid. The hotel is located in what was likely a office building or apartments, now transformed into the hotel and other establishments. It was comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated. The price was reasonable and Id stay again and readily recommend the hotel to friends.

La mejor ubicación . Si quieren ahorrarse dinero en cuanto a distancias y comida este hotel sería una muy buena opción . Está en pleno corazón de Madrid sobre la gran vía .

J'avais pris l'option petit-déjeuner pour finalement apprendre qu'il n'était servi qu'à partir de 8 h 30, alors que je devais quitter l'hotel à 7 h 30. L'ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage de l'hôtel est très capricieux. J'ai trouvé la salle de bain mal entretenue, les joints sales.

the hotel was in a great central location and friendly helpfull taff Downside.. that bathroom was much too small.. smallest I have ever seen.

This hotel is centrally located, that’s the only plus. It’s very small, rooms are very tight. There’s no space in the bathroom, the shower splashes water everywhere. It’s inside a mixed used building. I won’t recommend it. May be good for a solo traveler for a day.

Me gustó. Buscaba algo económico y céntrico, porque era un viaje de trabajo en el que iba a estar básicamente solo durmiendo. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, y la entrada un poco "fea", la habitación estaba mejor de lo que esperaba. Muy limpia, todo nuevo, moderno, bien organizada. Obviamente, estamos hablando de un tipo de alojamiento diferente a un hotel al uso. El Wifi funcionó muy bien, todo estaba limpio y muy silencioso en la noche. El personal de recepción muy amable y servicial. El desayuno correcto, con opciones para elegir. En resumen, me gustó más de lo que esperaba.

Excelente ubicación en la Gran Vía, muy cómodo para llegar por taxi o metro.

La habitación bien con televisión y secador. Con dos armarios y una estantería para ropa habitación cómoda y limpia la Wi-Fi en la habitación perfecta y en el desayuno te daban a elegir entre seis menús. Estos menos eran abundantes y de buena calidad.

Location is perfect, in the city center in the middle of plaza del sol and plaza de España, you almost don’t need any transportation, good service and attention, I love the hotel, definitely next time I will stay here.

Great location, not the best service. If you get there before 8:00am, you’ll have to wait in the street to check in until they open. Take into consideration that it’s a shared building.
