とても良いホテルでした。スタッフが親切で駐車場所など、教えてくれました。家族1名が少し体調を崩したのですが、そのときの朝食の対応もとても良かったです。

駅から近く、周りに飲食店もあるので便利です。

As nearby the Sintra station and good restaurants are around here,It is very convenient. And Staffs are very kind to me. So there are nothing to complain.

駅に近くて便利。3階の屋根裏部屋を当てがわれた。衣類架けは窓側にあるため、しょっちゅう頭をぶつけた。部屋は広くない。トイレ・シャワー室は狭く感じる。 朝食は美味しかった。全体的に値段が高いように思えたが、恐らく観光地のシントラのホテルの相場が高いのかも知れない。

Spotless room and very courteous staff

Great location! Walk to everything. Great restaurant across the street. Room basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it.

Charming hotel close to everything.

The hotel was ok for our one night stay, but unfortunately we were given room 4 which was right next to the Reception desk and front door. We could hear everyone enter and exit the building and every casual conversation with the Receptionist, so presumably they could hear us talking as well. Bed was ok, but no tea tray with kettle/cups/tea and coffee as in the photos. We were given a kettle from the kitchen when we asked, with paper cups (!) and then that was swapped out for a coffee maker, but still paper cups. Convenient for the station and the breakfast was good, but would not book here again if we returned.

The only complain I have is WiFI didn’t work .

Convenient place and breakfast is good. In advance, I asked complimentary early check inn for one hour but we couldn’t enter the room the exact time for check in. The room wasn’t comfortable.

Our room was just adequate but the door to the outside was broken, vending machine was broken, they charged us for water. Breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful. Air conditioning worked but didn’t really need it. Room was clean but shower leaked everywhere & we saw mold above the shower… Building is old but refurbished

Great experience at Sintra Bliss! Staff was super helpful from start to finish with everything from parking tips to luggage storage after we checked out. Excellent breakfast, clean room, fun area close to many famous attractions in Sintra. We would stay here again!

L'hôtel est tres bien placé et le personnel tres agréable. Par contre l'insonorisation laisse a desirer, j'ai entendu mon voisin ro fler comme un tracteur toute la nuit. Evitez les chambres 2 et 3, qui donnent sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner, vous vous reveillez avec des inconnus en train de manger derrière votre porte fenêtre.

Hotel pratique car en plein centre de Sintra Se mettre un peu à l'écart pour la voiture si on ne veut pas payer le stationnement en permanence

Staff are so helpful with recommendations. Very friendly. Only complaint would be better lighting in the bathroom and the shower leaked onto the floor everytime. Otherwise it was fantastic

Great staff, good breakfast, nice room. Bathroom door stuck open and not fixed. Dead plant on terrace. Covering breakfast food would be better given lots of fruit flies around. Overall just a little bit more attention to detail and prompt maintenance would help this good hotel be excellent.

The staff was very friendly, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable.
