とても静かな環境でした。

部屋の清潔感、環境、立地などすべて良いです。

すごく古い建物です。窓から城壁が眺められるのとスタッフの対応は良かったが掃除が行き届いてなくバスルームにたくさん髪の毛が落ちてて気持ち悪かった。

暑くてエアコンを入れようとしたら、故障していた。指摘したが、何もしてあげられないと、自分本位の態度で、謝りもしない。シャンプーは切れて補充してない、トイレットペーパーも補充無し。部屋にはハエが飛んで、不快な思いをしました。是非改善して下さい。

３月上旬に２晩（日曜夜から火曜昼まで）利用しました。ホテルは海（Fort National）側の城壁のすぐ内側に立地しており、朝や夜に城壁の上を散歩するのに非常に便利でした。私が泊まった１階は城壁より低かったため部屋から海は見えませんでしたが、３階の海側の部屋であれば部屋から海を見ることもできるのではないかと思います。 また、ホテルの前には飲食店が軒を連ねており、夜22時くらいでも食事・飲酒には困りませんでした。 ホテルの部屋内は十分な広さもあり、綺麗に清掃されておりました。シャワーの温度、水圧もともに問題ありませんでした。 車で行ったのですが、ホテルの周りに公営のパーキングもあったので、ホテルのパーキングを利用しなくとも特に駐車場には困りませんでした（時期や曜日の関係もあるかもしれませんが）。

サンマロに行くのであれば、やはり旧市街の中に泊まりたいなと思います。 フランスの作家、シャトーブリアンの生家は手入れされていないようで、見学はできないようでしたが、続きの建物がそのままホテルとしてつかわれています。 外から見た目は昔の貴族の館で、写真映えしますし、 中はリノベーションされていて、とても使い勝手がいいです。

サンマロの城壁を入ってすぐのところにあるヨーロピアンスタイルのホテルで、外観は歴史のある古い建物ですが、中は改装されていてとてもきれいです。今回は当初２名の予定でスーペリアルームを予約し、その後１人に変更となったため（友人が別のサイトから予約）１ランク下のコンフォートルームに変更したのですが（約３カ月前）、元の部屋のキャンセルができておらず、チェックインの際に少し混乱しましたが、結局コンフォートルームの料金で格上のスーペリアルームに泊めてもらいました。部屋はホテルの前の広場に面した部屋で、とても広く、バスタブもついていました。朝食も２泊のうち１回とりましたが、まあまあの内容でした。料金もそれほど高くなく、とてもコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。

The hotel is located near to the main gate, so easy to access but difficult to find a parking slot around the hotel if you drive into the surrounding wall - need good luck. Comfortable stay clean room and sufficient water flow from shower. Welcoming staff. Would stay again.

やたら広い浴室の端の方にシャワーのみ。 暖房が故障していたので、尚一層バスタブが欲しい、、と思った。 後で、電気の暖房器を運び込んでくれたので部屋は寝るまでには暖まった。 対応は親切で、ロケーションもいいし、値段も納得。 部屋に当たりハズレがあるのかな？

流石シャトーブリアン直ホテル　レストランも最高。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

Great historic property in excellent location

Clean room but no AC or screens so left window open all night at risk of bugs and rodents entering. Room for 3 is a real stretch - cot us for a young child and takes up all the walking space. Restaurant was thé worst meal we had in France. Unoriginal and poorly trained wait staff. Location of hotel is ideal if you want proximity to ramparts and stores.

Always enjoy our stay at Chateaubriand. Very dog friendly, lovely friendly staff providing a great service and a really comfortable bed. Room has basic facilities but everything else makes up for that. Recommend.

Hôtel très bien placé dans la ville intramuros mais très vieillissant, la literie n’est pas du tout au niveau dans hôtel de cette gamme. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Très bien situé, personnel très professionnel, bel hôtel avec du cachet. En revanche, de la moquette partout, même dans les chambres et manque de stationnement à proximité.

A lovely hotel in old town . An excellent breakfast and great location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions déjà. A chaque fois c'est un vrai plaisir, la réception est top comme tout le personnel. Évidemment nous reviendrons.

Lovely place but no parking and local parking is very expensive. No Air conditioning just so you are aware. The hotel was nice and in a central position for most things.
