ピレ門に近く交通の便は最高です。1day tripをGetYourGuideで頼みましたが集合場所がピレ門付近だったので便利でした。平地にあるので重いスーツケースを持ってホテルを探すのには便利です。ただ部屋は非常に狭いので閉所恐怖症の人にはお勧めしません。バスタオル交換頼んでもやってくれなかったりするので地味にストレス溜まるのが欠点ですかね。

スタッフのバーバラさんもとても優しくて親切な人でした。

３泊しました。旅行前から丁寧な案内を何度もメールでもらいました。 ピレ門からもすぐだし、道順も難しくないです。周りにたくさんレストランもあります。 到着したら玄関を開けてオーナーさんがwelcomeで待っててくれました。 観光スポットやオススメのレストランを地図にマークつけて教えてくれたりしました。 彼女は会う度に何か必要なものはないか？困ったことはないかと丁寧に対応してくれました。 お部屋は小さめだけどとても可愛くて 洗面所も清潔で気持ちがいいです。 このアパートメントに宿泊できてラッキーでした！次回もクロアチアを訪れた時は泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました！

妻との旅行で２泊させていただきました。 あまり英語ができる方ではなかったのですが、地元のおすすめを地図上で教えてくれたり、困った時の連絡先メールアドレスなどをくれたりと非常に親切にしてくれるオーナーでした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を１日預かってくれたりしたおかげで、１日身軽に過ごせたのもありがたかったです。

今回女一人旅で滞在しましたが、大変快適に過ごせました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、チェックインの時にはおすすめの場所や観光のポイントを教えてくれます。その後も質問をすると親切に丁寧に答えてくれて助かりました（英語で）。部屋も想像していたよりも清潔で、冷蔵庫・ポット完備、タオルも毎日変えてくれていました。また、旧市街内は階段が多いですが、こちらは階段なしの道のりなので、スーツケースを持っての移動も楽でした！ I really enjoyed to stay here. Staffs were very helpful and kind! No stairs to go this place, it was really positive point for me with suitcase! Room was clean with pot ,coffee and fridge.They changed towels everyday. Thank you!

ピレ門から路地4本目、旧市街内のアパート形式の3階建て6室、リフォーム後で内部は綺麗、3階5号室だったためトランクを持っての入退室が難(EVなし)部屋、玄関をルームキーで解錠(チェックイン時のみオーナーが電話すると現れる形式)室内は100リットル容量のトランクを置いて開けるスペースきつい。

飛行機の遅延の為、深夜の到着になり、アパートが見つけられるか不安だったが、アパートの前でスタッフの女性が待ってくれた。 事前に到着が遅れる旨、電話で伝えていたが、笑顔で迎えてくれて疲れが吹き飛んだ。

観光にとても便利ですが、少しうるさかった。

メインストリートのプラツァ通りからすぐにあるホテルなので大変便利でした。 女主人のかたが大変優しくて親切な人だったのでとても嬉しかったです。 何か買い物をしても荷物をすぐに置きに帰れるのでいつでも身軽に行動できました。 またドブロブニクは公共のトイレが少ないので部屋にすぐ戻れるのは大変助かります。 シャンプーなどのアメニティは一応ありましたが持参していくことをお勧めします。 非常にいいホテルですが階段を誰かが歩いていると音が結構ひびきます。人の話し声も。私はそれで何度か朝早くに目が覚めてしまいましたので耳栓などを持っていくといいかもしれません。

宿の女主人は気さくな方で、大変親切にしてくださいました。 旧市街にあるので、どこへ行くのも便利で、値段相応のリーズナブルな宿だと思います。備え付けのタオルは何年もの？というぐらいゴワゴワだったし、ゴミ箱の置き場所がと大きさが悪くて、バスルームのドアが閉まらなかったのが難点でしたが。

Et koselig rom med god seng og alt man trenger. AC fungerte også fint, selv om den forstyrret litt på natt.

The place was lovely felt like coming home. Well located in old town near pile gates for drop off and manager extremely kind and helpful. Very clean No steps to property so easily accessible Thank you Romana fir your hospitality ☺️

Great location and helpful staff. Quiet but central location near many restaurants and shops. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Property was very clean. Refrigerator was a bonus. Air conditioning great.

Great place to stay in Old Town close to restaurants and shopping. Owner was very pleasant and accommodating willing to help with anything. Greeted me on arrival and assisted in getting me oriented and locating bussing and tour meeting points. Extremely clean. Great air conditioning and the mini fridge was a bonus. Safe location.

Our host was so attentive and helpful with suggestions of restaurants and the day pass. When we ran into a glitch with our boat, she took it upon herself to do some research and found helpful information regarding the truth of the matter. That gave us some negotiating power. She is a powerhouse and well connected in the community. Met us at the gate of the city/ old town, and walked us to the door. Made transportation arrangements from and to the airport and port. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our host, Romana, greeted us upon arrival and was very communicative and extremely helpful, assisting us with lots of great suggestions for things to do and places to eat, and helping us figure out how to get to the airport by bus. Despite being inside the Old Town city walls, it was very quiet at night and the location was highly convenient for bathroom stops and clothing changes between activities. The room was small, but very well equipped with everything we needed, including clotheslines outside the windows for hanging hand-washed clothes. The a/c was blissful, as it was unseasonably hot during our stay. It is an easy walk to just about anywhere in the Old Town, and we enjoyed many amazing meals—try Dolce Vita for delicious gelato and crêpes, Buzz Bar for a relaxed, casual drink, Mlinar bakery for an incredible selection of different burek, and Local for a one-of-a-kind Croatian culinary experience. We loved Dubrovnik and will be back! And we’ll stay at Villa Sigurata II again without hesitation.
