Window view from the room was beautiful. Seagulls start flying in the town as the sun rises.

Location was fantastic but not the cleanliest.

For the price we paid I expected better quality. We had to pay for parking, not included in the room fee. Furniture was broken beat up both in our room and in the breakfast area. Staff were vey nice.

Clean, quiet and great location.

Nice room. Valet parking and airport shuttle are available. I was referred to the room phone to arrange shuttle service, but the room phone was not even connected to a wire or outlet. Calling the number given to me for valet just resulted in a voicemail. Was told that I was waiting on a room on 5th floor so i couldn't check in, but was assigned Room 425. Room was clean and housekeeper was friendly and heloful. Clise to restaurants and harbor:

Well, no blanket or pillow for sleep sofa. Checked in no coffee available but clerk did make one from Starbucks was awful. VERY THIN walls could hear people coughing and going bathroom thru them. Not impressed for a Hyatt. only good thing was location.

No self parking

The staff and amenities were sorely lacking on a hotel that was in this price range. The rooms were extremely clean but the service was terrible, we had problems getting into valet parking, no help with luggage, front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the area on arrival. The bartender was fantastic and personable.

The location is perfect for a day in the city. Close to everything. The staff was friendly. The free shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange with the service offered 24 hours. I was transported at 3:20 am to the airport saving the cost of an Uber and assured safety at the hour. The gym was under renovations so I knocked off points for that the the lobby and care area are very tight so that’s not so appealing. However the rooms were large and inexpensive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I would recommend staying there is you are enjoying a couple of days in the city exploring. It’s in the heart of so many shops and places to eat.

Clean, pretty, friendly staff

Very clean and looks new. New modern style furniture, nice setting and comfortable. New bathroom. Beautiful. Quiet, esp. since this hotel allows pets - no sound to hear from the neighbors. We didn’t hear any barking, meowing or other sounds.

Pefect location to head to the water or head into town. Close to all of the key locations we wanted to see while visiting Portland for the first time. Gym was out of servcie and that was a bummer.

Just a weekend away for my girlfriends birthday and Father’s Day .

Both Drivers from and to Airport were very friendly and professional.

Easy access to everything! Great area! 45.00for parking was the only downfall.
