The room was small but clean. Security guards were excellent. The included breakfast was very good. The first morning it was served in our room. The second morning it was in a conference room that was occupied with a group the previous morning

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Seemed to be undergoing a renovation process. The room we stayed in was nice but renovations were taking place on our floor, which meant noise and occasional water outage. It would have been nice to be notified about this beforehand. Great breakfast though. Helpful staff.

Arrived for check in at 8:00 PM and room was not ready, we were told to wait 30 minutes while room was getting ready so had to leave premises and come back for check in

Very quiet and clean place, this was our second time staying here, we really like it.

En general la gente no es muy amable y el personal de limpieza pasó gritando en la mañana.

Siempre me hospedo en este hotel, no hay otras opciones de la misma categoría en Esteli, así que la opción es buena, el desayuno es bastante y muy rica la comida, el personal de cocina son los mejores del staff. La habitación es alfombrada, pero al parecer algún huésped en el pasado derramó algo y cuando se atendió la limpieza no se hizo bien y las alfombras quedaron manchadas y da un aspecto de mucha suciedad aunque la habitación esté limpia, el aire acondicionado también estaba un poco sucio, no en su exterior, sino en el aire que emana. En general la experiencia es buena, he estado en otras habitaciones del mismo hotel y son mucho mejor que la que me hospedé esta ocasión

El ruido en los pasillos es insoportable para dormir. Por si fuera poco hay un lugar de eventos con la musica a todo volumen que lo hace aun peor. El personal de mantenimiento estaba haciendo ruido y trabajos en la madrugada, 3am. Pase la noche sin dormir a pesar que llame a la recepción.
