Awesome! The hotel has beautiful architecture and rooms are clean. Good food, warm hotel staff and great service.

The staff were very accommodating and kind but the pool was not usable due to renovations. Also, there was no working Netflix or internet connection in the room. The telephone lines are not working so there was no way to contact the front desk except to text or to go there personally.

Didn't get the exact room that we booked here in app. We booked for a Family Room with Pool view but they gave a Family Room with balcony instead. And the balcony in our room doesn't have any tables and chairs outside unlike the other rooms. Seems that they're not ready for occupancy. Also, Front Desk is not that accomodating/approachable.

Very satisfied, can't ask for anything more. The pool is a plus and is so nice. Buffet breakfast is great. Room is so clean and very hospitable staff.

The hotel was nice and the staffs were accommodating. We love the shabu-shabu that we had. Only thing that I didn't like was the cake that I ordered. It was dry and a bit hard. Seems like it was displayed for a week already.

Our stay was great. The room was wonderful and the staff were too. We had zero negative feelings about the place. Very nice. It was away from busy public areas. I'm not sure if it were next to Robinson's if that would have made it better or worse. But we loved it as is.

Me and my husband had bedbug bites and beddings were smelly.

It got nice resort ambiance, but room was damp and a bit moldy. We were not so comfortable in our room. However, staff were friendly and try to be helpful. Breakfast was okay and we stayed at a quite reasonable price. The facilities itself are nice.

A great hotel for family vacation

A nice pool. staff are courteous and attentive. we had a pleasant stay. toiletries come in small bottles but you can always ask for replenishments.
