Clean room.

Right next to freeway. Alot of homeless in the area

Room wasn't cleaned good and it smelled. Staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Plus very nosy.

It was clean, and had running water that was hot.😃The bed was comfortable

Everything's good but the Wi-Fi is not that great

needed to stay somewhere and it was clean comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Only thing is they have to fix their Wi-Fi it's almost non-existent

It was for me a very pleasant 6 days stay in this motel. Staff were very friendly and super polite. Check-in and check-out easy and quick. Room was clean and had a comfy bed. Screen in window allowed me to sleep with a fresh air. Didn't even need to use AC. It was my first visit in Sacramento and I am already looking forward to come back here again! Thank you!

The hotel was really bad. The room smelled, the employees did as little as possible, It was loud and there were people that lived there. The area was scary and run down and there were homeless and drug users all over, outside of the gate. They charged me more than I was told and I am disputing it. I would never ever go back to this horrible terrible rundown creepy hotel ever again.

I honestly want a refund for this stay the staff are rude and need to be fired they told me I have to leave when I paid for an extra room online and didn’t get my money back

I booked a room for my son and I for the Afyershock festival. The hotel is within walking distance of the venue. We couldn’t get a room early, we arrived around 11am. They let us get the parking pass so we could leave our car and then check in after the festival. I wasn’t able to book the accessible room, my son is in a wheelchair, but they were kind enough to give us a downstairs room. The room was clean, comfortable, and large enough for me to move my son around easily. It had the amenities we needed. None of the extras. But that’s OK. I appreciate the gated parking lot and the many security cameras throughout the motel grounds. And the staff has screens up in the lobby so they can keep an eye on everything. I felt very safe in a not so safe part of town. This is our second time booking with them, and I’m sure we will be back next year!

Room was clean and comfortable. Not too far from restaurants, and only a couple minutes drive to Old Town Sacramento

Economical and safe place to stay!

For the price those stay was fine. Very clean. Gated parking lot made me feel safe.

Quiet and clean no frills hotel that is budget friendly

No alarm clocks. No on site toiletries. Fond of the brand just not the location

L’hôtel est bien placé géographiquement, mais pas dans super quartier. L’environnement de l’hôtel n’est vraiment pas super. C’est très bruyant et avec de jeunes enfants ce n’était pas très rassurant.
