朝食はは健康的でスタッフはとても親切でした

シラクサのメインエリア、オルティジャ島の先端に位置しているため街中の散策に便利です。朝ごはんもバライティ豊かで美味しかったです。夜遅くまで営業しているレストランに隣接しているため部屋の位置によっては騒がしい可能性があることと、トイレやシャワーなどの水回りが少し古い点が気になりましたがおおむね満足した滞在となりました。

すぐ近くが夜までパーティーでうるさかった それ以外は文句無し

The staff was very friendly and polite. We had welcome drink in the terrace. Our room was facing the street and was very cute and clean. Amenity set was good. The location was convenient. The breakfast was tasty, many kind of pastries. We liked staying in this hotel.

日本のガイドブックに載っているホテル。フロントはサービスよいし、まあ快適だが、 歴史的建物というより単に古い長屋か。朝のカプチーノが冷たい、支払い済みなのに請求されるなど（悪意はない、未熟間違い）いろいろあるホテル。

ものすごくホスピタリティのある宿。 従業員の皆さんがいつも笑顔で親切に対応してくれて、ここに宿泊して良かったです。 代金以上の満足感があります。 朝食も全て美味しかったです。 朝食時、オレンジジュースをリクエストすると、すぐに搾ってくれたのを飲めます。本当にフレッシュで美味しいです。

新婚旅行で利用しました。 あいにく海向きのダブルルームはとれなくて、街側の部屋でしたが、夜までライトアップされている教会の丸い屋根が見えてとても美しい光景でした。 共用の広いテラスもあるので、海を見ながら特に日没までの時間、ゆっくりと幻想的な時を過ごせます。 ホテルのスタッフの皆さんは、おすすめレストランや市場の場所など教えてくれたりと、とても親切な方々でした。部屋数も多くないのでアットホームな雰囲気が漂い居心地が良かった。 特筆すべきは朝食！とにかくおいしくて、朝からおなかいっぱいになりました。甘いケーキ類やカンノーロまでおいてあってうれしかった。最終日、早いバスに乗るため朝食をとることができなくて本当に残念でした・・。 館内は清潔でセンスよく、家具や細かい装飾に至るまでとても素敵でした。 オルティージャ島にまた来ることがあったら是非また泊まりたいホテルです。大好きになりました。

ホテルの方がとても親切でした。 部屋の内装は思っていた通り素敵でしたし、テラスから眺める海はすばらしかったです。 朝食は決まりきった感じではなく、食欲をそそるラインナップでした。

fantastic hotel! Rooms were interesting! Views fabulous!

I loved this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect for shopping and dining, people watching and sightseeing. The hotel is very charming with an eclectic array of art everywhere. The hotel has a sweet outdoor patio with real grapes/grapevines growing above it and it faces the water, so when it's time to relax, it's perfect for people watching. The only slightly negative thing I can say about the hotel is that our room was very small and tight.

This is an hotel full of character and style with brilliant service from truly excellent staff. Our room was large, very comfortable and clean with A/C and an excellent shower which was greatly appreciated. The hotel was everything we hoped for and more besides and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff cannot be overstated. We enjoyed excellent breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay and under a sumptuous grapevine. We returned frequently to the terrace for afternoon beers after having been out early to explore before the hottest part of the day. We then went out again for an evening exploration and dinner. The sunsets are beautiful. The location of the hotel on Ortega itself is fabulous and you are totally spoilt for choice of restaurants, cafes, bars, market and gelato shops with everything in walking distance We had a truly wonderful week and the unique nature of the hotel and its lovely staff greatly contributed to making it a memorable and enjoyable trip for us

What a great stay at the Charme. Staff were wonderful the hotel is beautiful the room excellent and the terrace is a wonderful place to just sit and look over the sea. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again
