The good points were that it was quiet and calm, the room was large and elegant, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. When I fell, the staff were very kind to me. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower door didn't close completely, and the day before I checked out, I asked the reception to call a taxi the next morning, but it was not communicated to the staff and was forgotten. I was afraid I would miss the train.

The staff were absolutely the high point of our stay at the Hotel Garibaldi! The hotel itself is very clean and has the most comfortable beds we have seen in Italy. The view of the valley and the mountains from the restaurant is absolutely stunning! However the highlight of our stay was the staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. We arrived by train on a Sunday evening and when there was no bus or taxis available, the front desk attendant loaned her personal vehicle to another staff member who picked us up from the train station, saving us a long and arduous walk up to the Old Town. This is not a service the hotel normally provides. The same staff member later offered suggestions at the restaurant that made for a wonderful meal. We simply can not say enough about the staff at the Hotel Garibaldi. My wife and I would definitely recommend the Hotel Garibaldi.

Area parcheggio esterna alla struttura, sulla strada. Prima di prenotare avevo chiesto la disponibilità di una doppia e mi era stato assicurata la disponibilità, arrivato in struttura mi viene detto che la stamza per errore era stata assegnata ad altri e quindi era rimasta una matrimoniale. Non hanno cercato di risolvere il problema in nessun modo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte come tappa della nostra vacanza verso la Sicilia. Personale gentilissimo, stanza molto piacevole e accogliente, letto comodo, bagno pulitissimo. Inoltre, abbiamo scoperto il centro storico di Frosinone, davvero molto particolare e carino. Soddisfatti. Grazie mille 😊

Ottimo , parcheggio non presente in struttura ma da cercare nelle piazze adiacenti. Buon ristorante

Had constant noise from the inside of this hotel

What a beautiful room. The dining experience in the attached restaurant was charming with an excellent view. My only issue was that my question was answered in Italian and my translate app wasn't working. That's partly on me, though.

Non mi ha piaciuto che hanno le camere al di sotto senza ascensore

Mi hanno assegnato la stessa camera dove avevo segnalato che il materasso era sfondato da un lato. A distanza di qualche mese il materasso presentava lo stesso problema

Camera nuova in un edificio a pochi metri dall'Hotel. Letto comodo, Bagno con ottima doccia. Due pecche, mancanza di un vero armadio, perchè quello che c'era non consentiva di appendere nulla per le dimensioni e il condizionamento molto, troppo rumoroso. Personale molto cortese
