Great hotel near Plopsaland. We only stayed a night but it was very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect place between transport and beach. Convinient ans spacious enough for kids. Helpful and welcoming staff.

The staff were extremely nice at this hotel. I appreciated the concern and kindness shown by Mike at the front desk when I let him know we were going to be checking out of our room early (nothing serious happened, just an unfortunate cutting short of our trip due to bad planning). He was also helpful in explaining how to buy a tram ticket. The breakfast was great and the eating area was pleasant. The hotel is very conveniently located for the tram and easy to get to the train station (we actually walked to it when we first arrived, it's about a mile and a half). My only complaint is that the bed was extremely hard, which is tough on my lousy back. I'd probably stay there again because of the other great features but it would be an easier choice with a better mattress.

Nice enough, small but comfortable beds. Parking nearby for €5 per day, breakfast very expensive for what it is so we did not include this in our stay. Close to plopsaland which is why we chose it, and an easy drive from Calais ferry port. Staff friendly and accommodating I would stay again if I were to come back

Great location for Plopsaland De Panne. Tram takes you right there. Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. No complaints

Basic kamer. Goed ontbijt.

We were on the 1st floor! Load music from the bad monkey bar until after 4am! We had to leave at 4.45am so managed just 30 mins sleep!!

sober, maar goed hotel. Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Een tip: bied water aan op het ontbijt.

Bon établissement. Un peu bruyant côté rue. Très pratique pour passer une nuit. Bon petit déjeuner.

Everything ok but not great. The shower was not completely clean. Several mouldy spots on the tiles.

The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. I later learned that there was a long stay car park near by which would have been cheaper. Breakfast was available until 10am in the hotel, but seemed rather expensive at 21€ per person, and was a buffet style continental as you would expect. A small kettle with some complimentary tea, coffee and whitener as found in many hotels that we have stayed in, would have been most welcome. Overall though, we had a good experience.

Dommage que les lits soient double, pas pratique. Plus de gel douche dans la douche. On a limpression que la gestion de l hotel est trop laxiste. Sinon les chambres sont propres.

Er werd mij €20 parkeerkosten gerekend voor 2 uur parkeren. Terwijl je op straat voor €2 per uur betaald. Van 18u tot 10.00 gratis. Een flesje cola in de lobby is €4,50. Belachelijk. Het is geen 6 minuten lopen van het strand maar minimaal 15 minuten

We stayed here for one night before a business meeting. We arrived late and were very happy to find pizza and other bar food still available. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Practical secure parking under the hotel. Recommended.
