立地も良く、部屋も綺麗で、スタッフも感じ良く、全体としては満足でしたが、 エアコンを上げてもあまり部屋が暖まらなかったです。 また、子供はプールを楽しみにしていましたが、水温が低すぎて、ジャグジーしか入らなかったのが残念でした。

アムトラックの駅から近く、ロブソン通り沿いで、とても便利でした。 部屋も綺麗でした。シャワーも取り外し出来て、不便を感じませんでした。また利用したいです。

BC PlaceやRogers Arenaに近く、コンサートやイベントのおりに利用します。空港からのアクセスも良く、雨さえ降らなければ最寄り駅まで１０数分で快適に歩けます。

This was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in. I had a private corner unit with a private wrap around patio on the 4th floor. The wallpaper in this room was so high end I thought it was mosaic tiles. The furniture was modern useful and comfy. The bed was wonderful and the sheets were so nice. The room was massive I do wish the tv was in the bedroom as well but I just left the one on in the living room to fall asleep to noise. They provided a complimentary scent water mister which was a nice touch. Parking was included so totally free with in and out privileges. Perfect location for WC. Waking up and going to sleep to a breath taking view of BC Place was the cherry on top!

Shower was hard to figure out. No bar or restaurant. No tub

Great hotel, will definitely revisit when I'm back in Vancouver

The spa next door was the best. Staff directed me where to find what I needed to buy and the coffee shop next door was a must

Beautiful accommodations and a great location! Walking distance to so many great restaurants as well as Rogers Arena and BC Place. We will definitely be staying here again!

Very clean , rooms are a bit smaller than We expected and was a bit noisy, bad insulation.

Stunning

While on our long journey, this was one of our favorite stays. The room was clean and inviting with comforting features such as a Nespresso machine for an afternoon refresher. Upon arrival, our AC unit seemed a bit sluggish, so we told the front desk and when we returned, it had been addressed and our room was cool. Outstanding customer service! The staff was always willing to share their knowledge of the best places to eat in Vancouver, how to best to get to the Suspension Bridge, and always ready with a smile. The orange and lemon slushie machine in the lobby was a big plus after walking in the heat all day. Overall, an excellent stay!!

This hotel was fantastic! From the check in, to how nice the room was, to all of the amenities…including aromatherapy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is also super great and I walked everywhere.

All with hotel itself was great. Issue is that the hotel does holding charges ie one nights room. Than we u check-in, they charge u another holding fee ie 2 nights stay. It takes a day for the first charge to be credited back to ur credit card. Than when you check out they release the two days night holding charge and than charge for the two nights. Very complicated. In all my stays I have never seen that

Stayed here before cruise. Oops have walked but not with luggage but quick and easy cab ride to port. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and clean hotel room. Excellent staff

Location was fabulous hotel was great

I booked this hotel last minute, and it was a great renovated hotel near the Stadium. About 10-12 minutes from two different sky train stations. What we liked was large room and no carpeting. Excellent idea. I would recommend and plan to stay again

Convenient to most things within 15 minute walk. Lots of decent restaurants & coffee shops very close. The laundry was much appreciated though the drier sounds like a beating had worn, it worked well.
