立地も良く、部屋も綺麗で、スタッフも感じ良く、全体としては満足でしたが、 エアコンを上げてもあまり部屋が暖まらなかったです。 また、子供はプールを楽しみにしていましたが、水温が低すぎて、ジャグジーしか入らなかったのが残念でした。

アムトラックの駅から近く、ロブソン通り沿いで、とても便利でした。 部屋も綺麗でした。シャワーも取り外し出来て、不便を感じませんでした。また利用したいです。

BC PlaceやRogers Arenaに近く、コンサートやイベントのおりに利用します。空港からのアクセスも良く、雨さえ降らなければ最寄り駅まで１０数分で快適に歩けます。

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning (around 7:00 AM), and even though our room wasn’t ready yet, the hotel gave us access to all the amenities so we could shower, freshen up, and get ready for the day. To our surprise, they also upgraded our room without us even asking. On top of that, they had our room ready by 11:00 AM, despite the official check-in time being much later. The outstanding service continued until the very end of our stay. They graciously allowed us to check out at 1:00 PM, one hour after the standard checkout time, at no additional cost. The location is perfect—just one block from the soccer stadium and within walking distance of Canada Place and virtually all of downtown Vancouver. We never needed to take an Uber or any other transportation; we were able to explore the entire city on foot. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The exceptional customer service, thoughtful accommodations, and unbeatable location made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

So, a positive, a negative, and ultimately a final positive. The property is in a great location, was super clean, and was generally excellent all around. Where things went a bit sideways was that the hot water went out, and we were stuck taking freezing-cold showers for one of our two days there. What I will say, though, is that Expedia’s customer service was great. They were able to work with the hotel and secure a partial refund for us. I’m not sure if the hotel itself would have offered that (I hadn’t asked yet), but it definitely took some of the sting out of the situation. Because of that, we’d even consider staying there again.

Pool, hot tub & sauna was a huge plus. Room was clean & hotel was quiet.

I did enjoy the stay and the staff were kind; however I was notified only an hour before check in that power would be turned off in the hotel during my stay. I wish there was more communication for it. I also found some of the amenities in suite were unavailable. No room service or food available in the evenings, and tv’s were unable to stream shows as advertised due to issues with their technology. It should have been a great stay

This hotel is the perfect location ! The staff is very nice and helpful. It’s walkable to sports , great restaurants and bars. It’s our second time staying here and we’re not disappointed!

AC not working and then they just offer a fan. They dont let me change different room. My room is all way 77-79F in whole night. Its terrible.

This was probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at-and we travel a lot. The beds were so comfortable-the mattress and pillows felt like sleeping in a cloud. We appreciated the extra eco friendly attention the hotel had ie compost bins in rooms. The sauna was lovely. There is a cute cafe beside building and the restaurant inside the hotel had amazing breakfast-best avocado toast we’ve ever had. Parking garage was super easy to access. We checked in late and Jivi upgraded us to a loft room and sent us a bottle of wine as it was my husbands birthday-the little extras he did were so kind. Love having the option of having a diffuser in the room & they carry a local essential oil company fern & petal! Highly recommend a stay here we will be back
