小さい町でレストランは限られていますが、GORを目的としていたので、折り返し地点としては丁度良かったです　　　12使徒を夕方と翌日の午前に2回見れました

The property is lovely and adequately supplied for family cooking.

The room was bigger than the photos seemed. Well appointed, excellent location in walking distance to everything you need. Would stay here again

We booked and confirmed the booking 3 days before arrive. The arriving date, we came to front desk and they simply sat there is no room and we are turned away even after we paid in full 3 days before arrival and it has been a few days and we still did not get refund!!! Horrible experience

Sea Foam Villas are in a perfect location across from the bay in Pt Campbell. They are well appointed and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again whilst travelling the Great Ocean Road.

Receptionist was lovely and basically showed us to room and assisted with on site parking. Studio room was well equipped with separate lounge and bedroom. We were underneath a room above and some walking around upstairs sound travelled down to us. Plus staircase was quite noisy/echoey and light was on in staircase all night making our room bright and meant disturbed sleep. Discovered in morning we could have turned light off manually but too late. Perhaps this could have been mentioned at check in?(in the interest of future guests)

Excellent location beside the ocean, with a bar and restaurant just opposite and walking to distance to the main streets shops and cafes. Apartment was cozy and comfortable; great for a young family.

Great location and great view. Staff are really friendly and facilities are good. However the bed was so uncomfortable we ended up leaving a night early cos we couldn’t handle it anymore.

Very pleasant overnight stay. Property is recently renovated and is in the prime position in town.

Great location , no problem with room liked that bedroom was separate form Lounge area , had a small water view from our Balcony which was ok as room was in the back of Property , only 1 issue parking at rear was tight and probably needed a few more spots as we did have to park on the street 1 night , beyond that it was ok .

Only suggestion is to take down registrations numbers when it is busy as someone parked in the spot that was dedicated to our room and reception were not able to assist as they did not know who it belonged to

Had a great 2 night stay. Great place and location.
