普通のモーテルでした。

Druggys and drunks very loud all night

Room was good beds were very comfortable I have stayed here I'm the past and each time I return they have improved

It was pleasant

For the price all in all it was a great place I’m in a transition of moving so I had to get an additional week being my home wasn’t ready at the time. The staff was very friendly and they all were very attentive and helpful even the maids were great the only problem I had was my room key kept deactivating every 24hrs so everyday I had to go down to the front desk and ask for a new key after the 3rd time I was over it and the younger guy that helped me actually heard me listened and responded by saying he fixed it to where that wouldn’t happen again so I appreciated that. The area can be questionable at times given there is a hotel casino on the other side of the freeway and there is a lot of activity over on that side with homeless individuals and people on drugs, the room is outdated so you have to ask for a room that has a fridge and microwave in it most of them don’t but probably because they don’t want them being stolen from the property. They do have a laundry room on site where you get ice and vending machines so that’s convenient and on the other side of the freeway over the bridge there are quite a few places to eat and a couple dispensaries for the price for a weekly stay though you can’t beat it you get what you pay for. There are also 3 gas stations within walking distance and a Starbucks in the same parking lot. I stayed 2 weeks and paid just a little over $700 and had my pets with me at no extra cost like other hotels charge. Booked through Expedia though.

The staff was excellent, kind, personable, great service. The prperty was ok but for being a pet friendly facility, there wasn't a really decent area for the pets.

Laundry to expensive

We are treated with respect. Our cats and dog are welcome without additional fees being applied.

I made a reservation online for a different type of room then the one I had the night before and the front desk was extremely courteous in making sure my room transfer was stress free

It’s dated but was nice and clean.

We had reserved a non smoking room but when we checked in all they had available was a smoking room and it smelled absolutely horrible. We opened the window (which had safety bolts to leave open a few inches which was wonderful) and after a few hours it was manageable to sleep in the room. We left the bathroom door closed as it was just stagnant smoke smelling but overall the front desk staff was very friendly and apologetic. The lighting of the property was great and we had no issues besides the smoke.
