Close to old port where you can walk to as well as cozy restaurants. Conbination traditional house and new design with good management. New star in Marseilles.

評価が高かったので期待したのですが、５つ星らしからぬサービスにがっかりしました。 部屋は狭く、しかもクローゼットがありません。また昼間から部屋の周りがうるさくあまりくつろげませんでした。 元から場所がマルセイユでもあまり治安がいい場所ではなく、９時以降の女性の外出は気をつけないといけない場所のようですが、他の５つ星ホテルのようにレストランを予約してくれることもありませんでした（せめてそういうサービスがあれば高価な宿泊代にも納得しましたが） どちらかといえば、音楽をガンガンかけてバーで酒を飲むような若者向けブティックホテルです。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel well maintained, very clean. Everyone we interacted with was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The hotel bar and local entertainment was a plus. The highlight was the spa, steam room and plunge pool. The location is very good, easy walking distance to most activities.

What a gem in the heart of Marseille! This wonderful hotel has spacious rooms that are quiet and well appointed. We were politely greeted at the front desk and the staff is friendly. We loved the decor and the amenities in the hotel and the room. There is a bar and breakfast is available too. This is a top notch hotel in Marseille.

Nous avons été largement déçus par rapport aux « éloges » des avis clients. La chambre que nous avons eu (à plus de 350 CHF la nuit) est à la limite du 3 étoiles. Elle est spacieuse mais aurait besoin de beaucoup d’entretien: joints de douches jaunes et sales, robinets usés par les produits d’entretien, robinet de douche impossible à ouvrir à une main, pataugeoire à cause d’une porte de douche non étanche,finitions à dormir dehors, traces partout sur les murs, armoire qui ne ferme pas, canapé usé à la propreté douteuse. Pas de tasse à café mais à thé uniquement qui ne passent pas sous la machine nespresso (cassée par le l’usage et temps). Mini bar vide… Si vous voulez jouer la carte du design épuré architecte 2.0 et en faire payer le prix, faites le à 100% ! Côté service, personnel sympa, mais pas qualifié à l’unanimité pour ce niveau 5 étoiles. J’ai exprimé à la réception tout ce que je viens d’écrire dans cet avis et à part acquiescer mes dires, rien ne s’est passé. Quand vous vous asseyez en terrasse à 18h pour prendre l’apéro, les coussins sont plein de pollen / poussière et tachés de fiantes de pigeons. Pas de conseil avisé sur d’éventuelles préférences en matière de vin, ils n’y connaissent rien, et amènent même le vin directement dans le verre sans présenter la bouteille ou le faire tester. Alors oui c’est du détail mais largement éprouvé et standard dans les vrais 5 étoiles. Expérience client ratée, laisse dubitatif d’un tel engouement des avis sur les réseaux.

Beautiful hotel, great design, big rooms, perfect location, great staff.

C2 hotel is in a nice location. Short walk to the harbor and many restaurants near by. Hotel bed is comfortable. AC and WiFi are working fine. Most of the hotel staff are nice. However, on lady staff in the reception on the morning of 7/11/2025 9am is very mean. When we stop by to ask direction for the boat tour to the islands, she gives attitude saying that you just book it on the website. When we explained that we don’t. Know how to book it on the website that’s why we came down to to ask for help, she shows attitude indicating that we are so dump. Then she shows a website with no reservations and tell us that we can not go there. Then we asked how to go to chateau if, then she says you can buy tickets at the harbor, but refuse to answer more questions. Then the male came with a map and show us how to buy two islands ticket and write down both island name on the map is and answered our questions nicely. The lady worker should not work in the hospitality industry if she just dislike tourist and give attitude. This experience completely ruined our experience for the day and the experiences in marseille and the c2 hotel. We will never stay in this hotel again and not sure if we will ever come back to marseille again since the people are so mean to the tourists.

The hotel was great, easy to walk to where you want to go, be prepared for big hills. Lots of graffiti like you find in one cities, not necessarily safe at night

Gorgeous, small gem of a hotel - it was perfect for a one night stay on either side of my week long cruise. Lots of dining options and convenience stores nearby, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is stunning. Sophia at the front desk was fantastic. The room was spacious & had great amenities. The buffet breakfast was also wonderful. I would stay there again.

Good location. Room is functional and clean, but not as luxurious as in photos. Good price. Slippers provided are really not suitable for smaller feet. Please consider providing female size slippers.
