Room is small. And dirty hallway. But the employee is kind. We didn't stay here and transfer hotel and we didn't refund.

Cleaniness is ok, comfort is ok, housekeeping nice person, the office person not profesional

compared to the same hostel in the same flat, this is the best because of the staff was always available and very nice. the price was worth the location ( if you serach for a comfort one, pay higher than this). the room was just enough. the location was great.

Ruangan terlalu sempit.. tidak ada hair dryer.. perlengkapan mandi kurang lengkap.. hotel bersih.. mbak2 yang bantu2 orang indonesia.. sehingga mudah untuk berkomunikasi..

Ruangan sempit, sangat sederhana tapi lumayan bersih. Pertama kali datang bingung cari recepsionis, komunikasi dengan pemilik/petugas recepsionis agak susah terpaksa pakai bahasa tarsan.

Menginap di Pay-Less Guest House menurut saya cukup memuaskan. karena walaupun tempatnya sempit tapi resepsionisnya ramah, tempatnya bersih dan dya mau bantu bawakan koper saya ke lantai 6. Tukang cucinya orang Indonesia, mbanya baik dan sangat membantu saya ketika saya tanya2 jalan.
