エアコンの効きが非常にわるく、バスルームの換気も悪かったので、部屋全体が蒸し暑かった。冷蔵庫がない。立地はいい。朝食もまんぞく。

Matteo & Julia were excellent in helping us with everything, especially dinner options and anything we asked.

Fint opphold, god beliggenhet ift båtturer til andre landsbyer. Veldig hyggelig betjening. God hotellfrokost. Noe slitte rom, og det var ingen ventilasjon, så det var som å være i en badstu når vinduene ikke stod åpne. Litt maur på gulvene, men det ble vasket hver dag. Et bra hotell ift prisnivå

Hotel muito confortável e cheiroso, limpeza impecável, quarto e banheiro super espaçosos, o único ponto é que não tinha box de vidro, era de cortina e acabava molhando muito do banheiro, mas nada que estrague a estadia. O kit toilete foi o melhor de todos os hoteis que ficamos, além de shampoo e sabonete, o hotel forneceu escovas de dente com creme dental, lamina de barbear com creme, hidratante corporal e de mãos, hastes felxíveis, prendedor de cabelo, touca, super completo. Atendentes super atenciosos, emprestaram carregador durante toda estadia. O café da manhã incrível, super completo e saboroso. Recomendo o hotel a todos que forem a Varenna. Experiência fantástica.

Overall the hotel is a good choice. It’s very well located and has reasonable prices for the area. Breakfast was only just passable. I had a single room which was quite well set up. The mattress, however, urgently needs replacing as it has a large hollow at hip level from overuse. The bathroom was small but functional. Be aware, though, that the shower is very small and if you are larger than average you probably won’t have a particularly enjoyable shower.

Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã bem variado e com qualidade. Localização ótima com relação ao lago e a estação ferroviária

L’hotel est parfaitement situé. A 2 mins de la station du ferry et 5mins de la gare. La chambre est propre et le petit déjeuner est assez copieux. Je recommande !

Excellent location and service and lavish breakfast

Localização excelente, próximo a estação de trem e sem muitas escadas para acesso ( comparado com outras da região. Ótimo atendimento, café da manhã excelente. O único ponto de observação é que fiquei no quarto individual e o espaço para banho é muito pequeno, a ponto de ser inevitável desligar o chuveiro, sem querer, enquanto se ensaboa.

The property needs updating and the room wasn’t that functional-safe was locked and I useable, bathroom was big but with virtually no storage area for toiletries and with a yrinal and toilet?, only an armoire to hang clothes and room was noisy with main road foot and street traffic. Staff is lovely, it’s well located, and very walkable from the ferries. Breakfast had real eggs , limited fruit and no decafe coffee All in all-a basic hotel that’s located just off lake “love” trail and within easy walking of main Varenna and ferries

10 minute walk to the station. 5 minute walk to the ferry. Location is amazing, it was clean and smelled great. Check in was a breeze very friendly. I had to catch an early train and couldn’t have the breakfast buffet but they made me a to go bag the night before to take with me! Highly recommend this place!

Great location, great breakfast, attentive staff

Stay elsewhere! No AC, no fan, no elevator. Staff unwilling to help with broken ac. We could sleep as it was 98 degrees F in our room. We carried 2 large suitcases up 3 flights of stairs to a room with no ac or fan. After 1 sleepless night we decided to check out in the morning. Staff was nothing but argumentative about everything. No refund, no apology, no attempt to help with the matter. We checked into a neighboring hotel and had a lovely rest of our stay.

Great location, great service

Perfect location and easy to find. Only 5 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk to the ferry. Basic room but extremely clean and everything needed. Would definitely stay again.
