My room is very clean and comfortable. The price being low does attract a lesser demographic. I’m an older large man and don’t have a sense of insecurity. There was a loud foul language argument that went on for minutes late afternoon.

Terrible hotel, just below standard on all ends. Two doors that were barely functional, broken TV, no ice, no toiletries, outlets didn’t work, and it is in an extremely sketchy area.

People were smoking next door and the door didn’t close well, we could smell smoke , very noisy outside and unsafe

I mean, it's a Motel 6. I gave it amazing ratings, which feels a little weird, but considering the price, location, and what my expectations were, it was genuinely good. I rated it the way I did because the location makes me feel deeply afraid for the things the staff must have to put with. Even with that being a fact, they were still pleasant. I gave them a 4 for eco friendiness. The place was good for what you pay, but let's be real, downtown Denver is right there

the price for the room is way to high for area its in and the dirtiness i had to go out and by cleaning products the first room they put me in had blood all over the toilet and there was dirt stains all over the sheets.and the second room they put me in dog hair all the place the smell of cigarettes was horrible. there was a lot of yelling and the staff having to call police for people soliciting just all around a horrible experience. the looks for the hotel on the website is the total opposite arriving will not be staying ever again also not a safe place for childeren

Paid ahead of time through the app but due to my flight being delayed I wasn’t able to check in for the first night n had paid for it like I did not expecting my flight to be delayed
