スタッフの方はみんな親切でフレンドリーでとても良かったです。 お部屋も綺麗でした。 ただ、お風呂の排水溝が詰まりすぎてて全く流れませんでした。排水溝のメンテナンスはしてないのだと思います。 あとは鏡が使いづらい所にあったので、女性にとっては不便なこともあると思います。 それ以外は過ごしやすくてとても良かったです。

モロッコは治安が悪いので、安全のために高級ホテルに泊まろうとこのホテルに決めました。 ヨーロッパでの仕事の前に旅行でモロッコに来ましたが、ホテルの部屋からお金が盗まれました。 仕事のためにアメリカドル、ユーロ、ポンドを持って行き、金庫の中に入れていました。 初日の朝食から戻ると部屋にハウスキーパーがいました。そして金庫が開いていました。驚いて金庫の中を見るとお金はあり、ハウスキーパーは部屋を出ていきました。 紙幣は全て1000ドル、1000ユーロ、1000ポンドの1000の束になっていましたが、束の数はあっていました。 ホテルをチェックアウトし、仕事でお金を使う時に束を開封すると1000ずつの束が800ずつに減っていました。束はシールで留めてありましたが、よく見ると１つの束のシールは破れていました。 ホテルにこの旨を伝えると、私が嘘をついている、ホテルの名誉棄損で訴えるという趣旨の返答が後日ホテルからメールで届きました。 事実関係を調べることもなく、このような対応をされ驚きました。モロッコの国がらなのかホテルの問題か分かりませんが、楽しいはずの旅が最悪のものになってしまいました。 今後このホテルで同じ被害に遭う人がいないことを願います。

The Riad it self is nice and nice location But could be better 2 bottles of water were given for entire 4 nights Roof restaurant needs a major upgrade nothing like the pictures shared Pool is only there for decoration We speak French ( our first language) and felt like they couldn’t understand at times Hassan made our stay memorable thank you for your service and help We were happy to try it but happy to finish our vacation in a hotel

Got in late around 11pm. Friendly check in, but room was terrible. AC didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work, bed rock hard. So terrible I left early and Hotels.com did nothing about it. I request a 50% refund and heard nothing from them or hotel. I’m questioning if I should continue to use this site. Every time I’ve had an issue they do nothing

Wonderful Riad in the middle of the centre and few minutes from Medina. Great hotel, spaciuos delicate rooms, nice SPA and great staff. Excellent ecperience!

We had an AMAZING stay at Riad Wow! We booked the family suite which was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The room was beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We loved how walkable the Riad was too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I chose this riad based on positive reviews from others. We stayed in a ground-level room, which was nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom, but it lacked natural light, making the space feel claustrophobic. There was nowhere to sit except on the rooftop, which, while pleasant, was let down by the food. We were served stale, cold crêpes and the worst chicken tagine I’ve ever had. Breakfast service was also poor. Overall, I would not recommend this riad.

Fantastic stay at Riad Wow during our trip to Marrakesh last week. The front-desk was amazing and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Communication was top-notch and airport pickup was all taken care of ahead of time by the fabulous staff. They even got us dinner reservations even though we arrived late in the evening. The only thing to keep in mind is the restaurant across the street (Safran) that plays loud music until almost midnight. It was a little hard to fall asleep with the thumping music. Other than that, a great experience.

realy nice hotel, very good location you can walk to any spot of interest. very friendly staff at reception and hamam/spa. had hammam package for couple - great experience, highly recommend.

The staff was fantastic! No matter if we were at front desk, in the restaurant or just having drinks. Everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was well appointed and clean. Not to mention beautiful. In a central location, it is easily walkable to all the major sights. BTW the food in the restaurant is top notch.

We had a wonderful stay at the Riad Wow. Front of house were extremely helpful and always available to assist with any questions. The rooftop restaurant team were fantastic - friendly attentive, and they went out of their way to provide gluten-free alternatives for breakfast, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the safe in our room didn't work, but the maintenance team were quick to respond and tried to resolve the issue as soon as we notified them. Overall, it was a great experience in an ideal location, and we would happily stay again!
