ドアの鍵は、浮いてて不安です。シャワーの水の出が悪いです。トイレの水の出が悪いです。そのツケが5日目にきました。トイレを流すとシャワー室の排水溝から汚水が溢れ出てきました。 最終日には、シャワー室の枠から溢れそうな勢いです。なので、トイレは流れないので使えませんでした。管理人は、ほとんと不在なのでメールで連絡しても対応してくれませんでした。 足拭きマット、ドライヤーも無いので貰いました。 初日は寒くて寝れませんでした。暖房の説明があっても良かったです。窓枠にエアコンがついてるので隙間風があり、より寒かったです。 暖房がつけば、暖かく過ごせました。 立地は、東側なので危ないギリギリの所ですが、変な人はいます。女性一人はおススメしません。

ホテルの予約をしてから何度か時間外のチェックインに関してメールや電話をしましたが、比較的早く返事をくれました。到着時の対応もよく、重いスーツケースを２－３持っていましたが、運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。私は11階建ての７階の部屋を用意されていましたが、ユニット全体がタバコとマリファナ臭かったのが気になりました。アパート自体はとても丁寧に清掃がされており、アメニティも充実していました。冬の寒い時期なので、暖房がもっときいていたり、追加のブランケットがあったりすればより良かったと思います。依頼をすれば補充してくれたのかもしれませんが、短期滞在のため依頼はしませんでした。

フロント的なものがなく、私の場合は記載された住所からちょっと離れたマンションの一室でした。 一応掃除はしていましたが、床は汚れていました。 特に大きなトラブルもなく過ごせました。私の時は対応はすべて英語でした。

Great Roku TV channels made visit especially good. Also kitchenette was handy..clean fridge, bathroom, kitchen cupboards. Stove could have been cleaner. Only giant pots for cooking..I bought cheap frying pan & baking dish..walls very sound proof!Free Wifi was a big plus too!Park & plenty of shopping nearby!

A lot of crackheads around the spot. Doesn’t look much like the pictures, scary place, i wouldn’t have pay more than 50 per night!!

check in after you leave a deposit credit card or cash. everything else is at your leisure, the area is safe regardless of the location, people walking around doesn't make an area unsafe. the apartment style air bnb is all that for the price , you receive a key fob , you have all amenities, including private bathroom you go around Canada most places have shared bathroom, trust me I traveled and I'm from Philadelphia and frequent Toronto , when in Toronto I book with Toronto furnished living they have multiple units all over the GTA. area.

Overall it was a good stay, the place is clean and quiet, comfortable and affordable.

What I liked about the property that it was a fully furnished studio by all means. Worst things were *NO heat *No cleanliness * Whole studio was as stinky as it is washed with Pet's urine *

You have to wait until somebody comes to the front desk if you’re getting there too early, I was scared in that neighborhood but nothing bad happened, as not all the rooms in that building are from the same owner or company you see weird people around. The place was not super clean.

Alrededores y entrada de limpieza pobre, nunca hubo un personal para realizar check in. Hotel deteriorado. Mal imagen.

Great location, very helpful and accommodating service.... room was decent size but a little worn out (chairs cushions stained, etc) and the hallway into the unit smelled awful due to other units elsewhere in building, but no smell in the unit itself.

The location is great and good for people with budget travel

Improvement in the inside look...aircondition too high to open..lamps no good Got certain smell..it can be cleaner.....

Very easy to contact management, very polite, understanding, I had an early appointment they allowed me to put stuff in room, as I was on time for my meeting. Quiet halls, condo living feeling and safe.

Location was good. Very close to major public transit routes. For what I was looking for, a place to sleep, it was fine.

It's a WORST to stay. The pictures posted ON EXPEDIA are entirely different from what the property looks like. The unit WHICH i STAYED AT had bed bugs and insects which bit me ON MY FACE when I was sleeping. I called ambulance at 4 AM and was rushed to nearby hospital. The doctor told that it was an insect/bug bite and gave me anti-histamine to reduce the pain and swelling/infection. Guys, don't every stay at this property. ALL the units with TORONTO FURNISHED LIVING ARE IN BAD AND PATHETIC CONDITION. The staff is too bad to deal with. They won't respect you and will also give you used blankets if you ask for any extra.

The management was very excellent and more than once was able to assist. I checked in late. And I needed help with the tv. They were willing and able to help very quickly. I highly recommend these guys. 100% satisfied.

A very nice and neat room, even include a kitchen and utensils, the central heating equipment works very well, probably the best choice in downtown since the price is much lower compare to others.
