Comfortable hotel, Staff, Shower, Right, Bed was good, however breakfast is not so good

I had stayed this hotel for 3 days. It was very comfortable, pleasant for staying. As the location is very closed to "Trade Center Chennai", it must be convenient for business person to attend Exhibition. Food is also recommended in restaurant inside hotel. Will stay next time.

清潔でビジネスホテルとして問題ないです。バスルームの換気面で多少改善を望みますが、バスタブもありました。午前10時までのアーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトには2時間ごとに追加料金が詳細に決められています。朝食が充実していて、パンケーキがもちもちで美味しかった。ホテル出てすぐ横に雑貨屋や食品店などもあり、歩いてちょっとした買い物もできました。

Staff, clean room and amenities

No AC cooling. Water logging in bathroom

I stayed at this property expecting at least a decent 3-star experience, but it fell far below expectations: • Room & Facilities: Tiny room with a subpar shower (only a weak rain shower), poor-quality cupboards, and no locker. Ambiance felt like a 2-star motel at best. The elevator was run-down, and the entire place felt neglected. • Cleanliness & Smell: Strong lemon-bleach smell everywhere, likely from heavy cleaning chemicals. It was overpowering and unpleasant. • Air Conditioning Issues: Room AC was outdated; most features were disabled, and the temperature control showed “NA.” Even after room service “fixed” it, the cooling was minimal. Lobby AC wasn’t on at all—even after repeated requests. • Internet & Technology: Poor Wi-Fi with complicated device limits. Once a device was registered, you couldn’t change it without arguing with the front desk. Very unfriendly policy for business travelers. • Dining & Pricing: Mediocre restaurant for RS.1200 breakfast. There was a discount for RS. 850. • Customer Service: Only after a negative review at the front desk did someone acknowledge the problems and mention future renovations—but even with renovations, the quality here doesn’t justify the price. Overall: This is a 2-star hotel at best. They should be transparent about the actual quality and reduce prices instead of overpromising. I checked out early because it was simply not worth staying.

It was so good and the staffs are so gentle and friendly. Thanks for making my stay a memorable one

Dirty.

Fuktig luft på rommet og det luktet ganske mye av åpenbar fuktskade og lite sirkulasjon på luft, noe som medførte at sengetøyet oppleves klamt. Servicen var glimrende!! Svært imøtekommende personale som gjorde oppholdet til en god opplevelse. Maten var også god, og kjøkkenet fulgte opp alle behov og ønsker.

Paid 18000 ra for one night and my experience This is a very dated hotel ..all the furniture’s too I didn’t have a pleasant experience. Checked in at 0100 am and had to holler for the staff at front desk The room had a pungent smell of bleach so requested ti swap which they did. The wifi is unsecured .. anyone can connect to it, upon enquiring they said because of an issue they have left it unsecured. Bathrooms - flush worked after three attempts, and the sink flush too. TV didn’t work they said it’s an entire hotel thing not just my room - how is that an excuse? The towels in bath smelt of chlorine I wouldn’t stay here again!

Clean rooms. Central location right on major road with easy access. Many restaurants nearby

Less service for the money spent At the time of booking 3 occupancy was ensured but at reception they didn't accept and charged extra.

I booked a suite room but the staff gave me standard room when check in.

Hotel located beside main road, but sound proofing is nice . Kinds of humid inside bathroom
