The reception and swimming area are too crowded. The swimming area is a bit awkward and not inviting at all. No ref, daily cleaning is not good too. Employees are busy on their on own phone. This is my 2nd time long staying in boracay and I paid more on sitio but my prior visit is way better. Will not go back here.

Very accommodating and room is clean.

Perfect for family or barkada trips. The staff was accommodating. Near the beach and maybe 5 minute walk to some restaurant and shops.

good price for the hotel in boracat that has swimming pool. the staff is so nice. the food service is okay. facilities are great, the room fragrance and the swimming pool. all areas on this hotel is instagrammable. my only complaint here is that the shower is too low, not enough pressure of water. take too long for the water from shower and faucet to be hot. it hard for the water to warm and water is weak. the aircon also is not high it will only cool on certain part but that's okay because I don't like too cold of room. this hotel is also not at the beach front, 2-3 minutes walk. 8-10 minutes walk to astoria station 1. all in all it was a great stay.

Love the room! They upgraded our room to a Villa! Staffs are welcoming. I want to book with them again in the future if they will upgrade us again. 😁

Our stay was great. I love the bed with those white elegant curtains makes it looked like for a royalty. Plus it was a big surprise to found out that there was a bathtub on our toilet which we really enjoy.And we really appreciate for accommodating our request for our breakfast to served ahead of time since we have an early flight the next day. Although we weren’t so impressed with the swimming pool.It’s a bit creepy there at night time because it’s a bit dark so I suggest to put more lightings and cut some of the trees that’s covering the pool.And there were lots of mosquito as well.

We were truly happy with the experience we had with Sitio Villas, Boracay. Staff were all accommodating and easy to deal with. The free breakfast was great, giving us enough choices. They serve them either in your rooms or in their cabanas in the pool side. The room was spacious. We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade for free. There were generous toiletries. Towels and bed sheets were clean! Free beach towels were given as well. The place is so relaxing. The ambience is peaceful. The place is located in Station 1. 3-minute walk from the beach. It was very near Willy's rock and close enough to establishment. We highly recommend the place, and we will surely come back!

The lady in the reception area is very accommodating. We arrived early in the hotel and she allowed as to do an early check in. We got assigned to one of their Villas which I think its good for 6 people (we were 3 adults and 1 toddler). They serve good Filipino breakfast and their coffee is also good! Overall the Villas are okay and my daughter enjoyed the pool. Easy access to the main road and beach. There is a sari sari store near the place where you can buy water, soap etc and there is 7/11 along the road as well. The staffs are accommodating and it is also worth the price. Highly recommended!

this hotel bad! they are only good in the pictures! they don't have wifi! the pool is so dirty!!! and the rooms too! and so dark! and the service is not good at all! I don't recommend this hotel! and I will never go back here

Super worth it! Would book this hotel again if given a chance to go back to Boracay. The staffs are friendly. The location is so good. It’s near the church, coffee shops, convenient stores and beach. The food was also good.

Staffs are friendly. Clean and comfortable room. They need to put a net on the pool area to prevent leaves from falling on the water or just clean it often.

Not much to expect. There are some mosquitoes during the night.
