safe and clean

El personal a nuestra llegada fue poco cortés e hicieron el proceso de check-in fue muy tardado. Te hacen regresar a lobby todos los días por los tickets para el desayuno. Solo nos quisieron dar una tarjeta llave y no 2 como pedíamos por comodidad de movimiento. Tienes una tarja en la habitación pero 0 amedidades ( tienes cafetera pero nada de café mínimo de esos de bolsita bueno ni siquiera una cucharita. No hay elevador , nos tocó 3 er piso, llovió por la mañana y todo el pasillo estaba lleno de agua lo que lo hacía muy peligroso ya que estaba resbaloso. Al hacer check out el personal fue más profesional pero 0 amabilidad. En definitivo No regresaríamos a este establecimiento.

Lovely complex with nice pool, clean rooms and comfortable beds. I really like the kitchenette option and will definitely stay again!

La verdad la unica queja es que la habitacion no estaba limpia como debe estar ... habia arañas en el techo , esquinas, etc ... polvo ...

Habitación amplia y limpia, desayuno bufet está bien pero puede mejorar el sabor

We booked a room with kitchen and refrigerator. We were given room 508 which only had a mini fridge. We could hardly fit a few bottles of water. The space for the full size fridge was empty just vacant space. The kitchen had nothing! No plates no utensils no glasses. We had to beg for two plates two forks and and two cereal bowls and had to buy knives and a frying pan from Walmart. The towels were so dirty , again I had to go buy from Walmart. Big mistake to choose this place. The only one that ever smiled was the cleaning lady every one else hardly showed any interest or cared. The so called breakfast is awful except for the coffee. Same overcooked scrambled eggs served cold, a bowl of granola with 3-4 tablespoons in it. There is massive construction and noise and dust a few meters away from the pool. Never had such a bad experience and we come to Baja a lot.

Beautiful, well cared for property. 1 mystery - the kitchenette did not have a single utensil. The only dishes were 2 coffee mugs.

This property was perfect for us as we love to walk around the local shops. Close enough to groceries as well. Front desk staff are also wonderful and friendly.

In general terms the hotel is nice, fulfills needs and has a good location. Front desk are young and needs training to learn and understand how to treat, deal and offer solutions in a professional and respectful way with costumers. Cleaning ladies made the difference. Always helpful and doing her job great. Restaurant offers a good quality and abundant breakfast. Every dish was tasty and well executed. Rooms could be better if furnitures are renewed soon. The hinge of our window was broken so we didn’t tried to open it a second time. Flat screen has good size and it’s a recent model. Good conectivity.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great king mattress, great air conditioner (quiet), plus a kitchenette. This hotel is where the hotel zone begins and across the street from a huge grocery store that includes a food court.
