Best thing about this place is that it took me less than 10 mins to figure out I wanted no part of it. Checking in, the room was full of flies and two other guests had complaints. When I went to the first room, I could hear the next door neighbors screaming at each other from about 30 yards away. The other guest said, “You guys gonna do this all night again??” Asked for a second room away from that. The second room had more flies than the check in area. Done. And I rated staff highly because they did give me a full refund. Do not go here unless you absolutely have zero money to go elsewhere

Five-night stay plagued by poor service and cleanliness issues. Keycard failed daily and had to be reprogrammed, with no proactive support. No clear housekeeping schedule—manager even suggested we clean the room ourselves due to understaffing. Found and killed a bed bug in the room on day three after waking up with chain of multiple painful bites on my arm. Despite my pre-cleaning request prior to arrival, room hygiene was neglected. Management tried to make up for this by moving me to another room that was supposedly bug-free, but it had a broken security door, and holes in the room wall and bathroom door. Management showed little concern, like “water off a duck’s back.” to provide the quality one would expect from a Wyndham Hotel. Smoking clearly encouraged—pots filled with cigarette butts surrounded the property. Smoke seeped into rooms via AC intakes even though the rooms were deemed "No smoking". Bugs and flies repeatedly entered through cracks in and the base of bathroom walls. Low price and convenient location doesn’t justify health and safety risks. I do not recommend staying here until significant operational changes are made.

I like the price but every Wyndham I’ve been to the workers are ALLL over me having an ESA animal. I have checked it in with reservations. I checked in with the hotel three times and they still came and knocked at my door today to remind me about the dog that I know that I have that I’ve told him about four times previously. Other than that, everything’s perfect.

Place smelled like bleach very bad. Felt unsafe. Homeless people and drugs everywhere and the woman at the counter check in was very rude don’t stay here there’s better places in the area

When I want to check in the lady helping me set my room number out loud with people in the lobby got an attitude when I asked her to change the room he get to the room. It’s disgusting. There was a bug crawling on the wall. The floor look like has been touched in years. The door did not shut all the way just overall horrible experience.

The police is very rundown The room I had was not clean there was hair everywhere The ceiling fan in the bathroom was hanging it on by just a screw. The door rattled when anybody walked by it could not get the TV to turn on half the time I was there for any kind of Entertainment.

Was given the key card to a room that was already occupied upon check in. I have stayed in some lower cost places, this had to be one of the worst! AVOID!!!!

Like all the others, the rooms need to be completed renovations.

On the first night, several other people had a brawl outside the hotel. I called the front desk to report it. Police were called. The following morning, a very rude employee banged on the door at 7 AM to tell me that *I* was supposed to leave when the police were at the hotel the previous night. The employee is physically imposing. She demanded that I let her in to see "if the room was damaged." I told her repeatedly that I wasn't the party who was fighting and that I had called the front desk to let them know about it. She finally said she'd "check on it" and walked off. Neither she nor any other employee called me to apologize for their screwup or for interrupting my sleep. In addition, the room is barely clean and the towels smell musty. It was a mistake staying here.

Arrive at midnight, there was a sign on the door stating they would be back at midnight. No one came back. Called two different numbers, messaged on Expedia and rang the stupid doorbell. No one answered and no voicemail picked up. Told in msg in expedia that it could take days for a response. Another gentleman in the lobby stated he had been there twenty minutes longer than us waiting for someone to help him. We finally left to make the long drive home. Hoping I get a refund! I frequently stay here as it's close to my office for work. It's always quiet, clean and comfortable, and the staff is kind and helpful. The location is convenient with easy access to shopping and many restaurants.
