ホテル自体は歴史ある建物ですが、綺麗にリノベーションされており、客室も施設も清潔感がありとてもよかったです。

入り口からロビー、お部屋までとにかくおしゃれで、映画の中にいるような宿泊体験でした。 どのスタッフさんも本当に親切で優しく、安心感がありました。レストランやショップなどが徒歩圏内にたくさんあるのも観光しやすく、施設、立地、接客、どれを取っても素晴らしかったです。スパ(サウナ)が無料で使えることも驚きでした。またマヨルカに行った際には再訪したいホテルです。 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました！

歩いてどこにもでも行けます。夜あちこち散歩をしても安心して戻ってこれます。スタッフもとても親切で、こちらの要望に最大限応えようとしてくれるので相談してみて下さい。 部屋もとても快適で、窓からの眺望は海沿いのホテルとは違いますが、パルマの路地の雰囲気が感じられ趣きがあります。

コンパクトでスタッフの家族的な感じで非常にいいホテルでした。内外観もクラシックな中にモダンなインテリアを配し手織り素晴らしいホテルでした。

ホテルスタッフはどの方も親切で、こちらの質問ににこやかに丁寧に答えてくださいました。部屋も綺麗で、ホテル全体の雰囲気も素晴らしく、全ての面で大満足でした！

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is full of charm, and its location is fantastic—right in the heart of beautiful Mallorca. The rooftop pool was a great place to cool off and relax, although it would have been even better with a few more sunbeds. We also dined in the restaurant on the Friday evening, and the risotto was an easy 10/10—compliments to the chef! A special thank you to Maria, who provided such lovely, friendly service and made our evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beautiful, rustic hotel with plenty of character in the heart of Mallorca, I would highly recommend staying here.

Very nice breakfast; excellent location

The hotel is beautiful, charming, and full of character. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop, which was a wonderful place to relax after exploring Palma. The staff was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, making our stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The restaurant was excellent and very convenient for breakfast, with impeccable service each morning. We also had dinner there one evening, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, Posada Terra Santa was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily return on a future visit to Mallorca.

An unforgettable stay in Palma. Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. The rooms are elegant, the breakfast was delicious, and every member of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everything was thoughtfully designed, making our stay truly relaxing. This was THE BEST boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at (and I’ve stayed at many!). The Staff were phenomenal. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, modern, and had all the amenities. The basement spa was very relaxing and the rooftop pool & patio was a hidden gem! The dinner menu was small but the food was delicious! The location was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel within a few minutes walk to everything. Staff were so helpful with parking and luggage etc . Nothing too much trouble. The rooftop plunge pool was an added bonus. Felt like real luxury! Thank you x

This is an amazing gem in the center of old town Palma. Walkable to anywhere whether the beach or Cathedral. Staff were incredibly helpful and the town is very safe. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Palma. The food in Palma is amazing, less so in Cala d Or where it’s more touristy. Well done!

One of the best boutiques hotels I’ve stayed at. This property was in a great area to walk, eat, shop and even have a cocktail. The staff were also very lovely. Can’t wait to visit again.

This is a lovely hotel tucked away in a quiet part of the old town. It is close enough to walk to local sights and restaurants etc but a peaceful oasis especially by the roof pool. Rooms are really nice, large, clean / comfy and the team at the hotel very professional and friendly. Breakfast was also really good and the hotel design and interior very appealing.
