入り口からロビー、お部屋までとにかくおしゃれで、映画の中にいるような宿泊体験でした。 どのスタッフさんも本当に親切で優しく、安心感がありました。レストランやショップなどが徒歩圏内にたくさんあるのも観光しやすく、施設、立地、接客、どれを取っても素晴らしかったです。スパ(サウナ)が無料で使えることも驚きでした。またマヨルカに行った際には再訪したいホテルです。 素晴らしい時間をありがとうございました！

歩いてどこにもでも行けます。夜あちこち散歩をしても安心して戻ってこれます。スタッフもとても親切で、こちらの要望に最大限応えようとしてくれるので相談してみて下さい。 部屋もとても快適で、窓からの眺望は海沿いのホテルとは違いますが、パルマの路地の雰囲気が感じられ趣きがあります。

コンパクトでスタッフの家族的な感じで非常にいいホテルでした。内外観もクラシックな中にモダンなインテリアを配し手織り素晴らしいホテルでした。

ホテルスタッフはどの方も親切で、こちらの質問ににこやかに丁寧に答えてくださいました。部屋も綺麗で、ホテル全体の雰囲気も素晴らしく、全ての面で大満足でした！

An authentic hotel in the heart of Palma just steps from the bustle but with a tranquil feeling. A beautiful converted building with lots of character.

Superb hotel in the old town. Rooftop plunge pool and relaxing area to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff are perfection personified

Lovely, helpful staff, very nice feel and would stay here again. Great location - close to busy areas but on a quiet street itself!

The room was really nice, and the free one-hour access to the spa was a great bonus. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely touch.

Well stocked bar, just missing ginger ale. the rooms were excellent clean warm and welcoming (April) diddn't try the AC. The staff couldn't have been any nicer they always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble.

A unique beautifully and sympathetically renovated property. So understated and stylish. Each bedroom has its own charm. And the restaurant is just outstanding. Worth every penny. Many thanks.

This hotel is unbelievable! 5 stars plus! The room was a mazing and quiet. The staff was amazing and so accommodating to any needs! The spa was top tier. The breakfast and dinner was the best of our trip. The very best hotel hands down!!! Absolutely amazing place!!

A wonderful, beautifully decorated hotel. Great location (both for peaceful quiet sleep & being near the main attractions & restaurants in old town). Staff could not be more helpful & friendly. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
