とにかく管理の方が親切で良い方だった。早めのチェックアウトでも荷物を預かってくれるようです。朝晩の眺めも最高だし、赤ちゃん連れにも優しく助かりした。目の前にレストランもあるし、フリートラム内だし最高です

部屋は清潔で2ベッドルーム、2シャワールームあり便利でした。1番活躍したのは洗濯機と乾燥機です。バスタオルも洗濯できたので助かりました。ベッドもよくグッスリ眠ることができました。 こちらはホテルというよりアパートを借りている感じなので掃除もシーツ替え等もありませんが、セキュリティ面を考えて我が家では良かった点です。スーパーも近くにあり朝ごはんなどは部屋でサクッと食べて出かけることができました ゴミなどはゴミ捨て場に捨てる必要があります 当初、英語でのやりとりにミスや勘違いがありました(荷物を9時に預けられると聞いたが都合が悪くなって預けに行かなかった,チェックインは2時からで、ホテルに行く30分前に連絡を入れればいいと思っていた) が、当日に"本日は事務所を2時にしめる"と突然の変更メールが入りました。2時から4時がチェックインと聞いていて、朝からゆっくり観光していたので、急遽ホテルに向かうことになりました。2時3分に着いたら事務所は留守で15分ほど外で待つことになりました 来る30分前に連絡するよう何度も言われますが、できればチェックインする日は予定をあらかじめ早めに伝えておくことをおすすめします。管理の方は朝から荷物を預けに来ると思って待っていたようで申し訳ないことをしました。英語のコミュニケーションができる人には問題なしだと思います。管理の方はとても親切でしたが、かなりバタバタしてしまいました

至れり尽くせりを希望する人には向かないと思いますが、生活を経験するには快適な宿泊先です。無料トラムで中心街にも出かけやすいし、周りにもちょっとしたお店があります。お部屋もアップグレードしてくれ、Wi-Fiも問題ありませんでした。

Every thing was just perfect for a ten days family trip. Staff was very mindful and fast. No need to worry about not having a reception at all. Just communicate your plans in advance and everything works fines. Highly recommend.

The property is clean well equipped, beautifully located. Lots of eating available very close, lovely veiws, comfortable beds. Excellent location to Docklands district, supermarket and public transport. Check in was easy and were shown to our room. Fantastic weekend stay !!

Such an amazing place

Great location, views and layout. Only negative is lack of Powerpoint's in the kitchen and the position of the only one that is there.

Spacious quiet apartment, ideal for our family of five. Three toilets and two big bathrooms with baths and showers. Huge balcony - a BBQ or more comfortable furniture would make such a big empty area better. Check in very easy and host very helpful. Great location, easy to get to the city by free tram and public transport free in Victoria during April. Decent gym although would have preferred an indoor pool. A great stay, thank you.

We really appreciated the room upgrade - 3 bedrooms for our family of 5 was perfect. The view was amazing, the location was excellent. We were greeted warmly by our host, and given all the information we needed for a great stay. Only downside was bathrooms could have been cleaner.

Rooms were clean, neat and tidy, views were amazing and really close to shops and the teams. Very easy to get around the city.

In the free tram area and very convenient with or without a car.

We loved this apt! It offered such a beautiful view of the harbor from the balcony and all of the bedrooms with luxury interior design and high quality appliances. The place seemed new. Even though the kitchen was a bit compact in our opinion, it had everything you need: dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric water kettle. I'd say the cooking utensils and silverware would benefit from a little upgrade. The space was clean and well-kept. We felt safe as the apt was part of residential building with security camera and keys to get into the elevator. It was located in a newer part of Melbourne so it was very quiet. However, we loved that we could just take public transportations to get to the city center. There was a bus and tram stop within a 5' walk and allowed us to visit the whole city (at least the major attractions) with ease. Overall we had such a great experience staying there.

Great location, excellent facility, clean and safe. close to supermarket, restaurants, local transport right at your door step.

Comfortable bed with various size pillows so you could choose which to sleep on. Easy access to transport and great view from the lounge room. More movie apps would be good though. Lifts were fast and working well. Last place I stayed took 10 mins for the 1 working lift to come. Very helpful staff.
