サービスは最悪でした。チェックインに2時間以上待たされました。受付で入室を許可され、部屋に行きましたが、受付では部屋はまだ準備ができていないと言われました。部屋の準備はできていたのに、予約内容に基づかない間違った案内をされ、管理ホテルでは管理人1人でホテルの前に移動するように提案されました。このホテルに泊まる場合はよく考えてください。特に外国人は注意してください。

Best hotel to stay if you want to explore Istanbul, Turkiye. Clean, comfort and good location, but the best part is great services from all staff (amazing)—they are very helpful. The hotel is close to religious and tourism attractions and easy to access by public transport. Sure will be back again to this for next visit.

Hotel is really near Sultanahmet square, walking distance from the touristic spots. Check-in Check-out are pretty smooth. I get a room with balcony on the ground floor. Room was quite spacious, very comfortable bed. The only downside is the bathroom, smells moulded and bad. They served same type of food everyday, it was okay.
