Shangri-La Lhasa was absolutely amazing! The hotel was impeccable, beautiful and spacious rooms, and an unbelievable breakfast buffet Ashley Chen who works at the front desk was the best professional ever, so polite, fast, helpful and kind! I highly recommend this hotel.

好是好就是有點舊了，早餐是非常不錯的，但是就價格來說還是偏貴

普通服务员对客人的服务意识欠佳

整體來說真的不是五星飯店服務水準，可能是淡季，職員非常少，，入住感覺真的不好，員工服務不專業，我曾入住過曼谷、台灣、北京、香格里拉酒店，拉薩這間是我不喜歡的

空間大，景觀好，員工有禮，整潔安靜。房間太悶，空氣不流通，要通知員工開窗，但開窗後卻很冷。房間有加濕器。

Dinner buffet is excellent. The room size is smaller comparing St Regis and steam sauna does not work.

Amazing experience. John was extreamly helpful and hospitable. He made check in a very pleasant experience and arranged amazing details for our friend who was having her birthday.

Vacation

Due to lack of information from our side, about an extra visa for Tibet, I could not travel and lost a lot of money on my bookings! Thank you! I will not use your services again!

香格里拉酒店集团的酒店，其品质要求比较均衡，虽然拉萨的香格里拉酒店也属于不错，但是还有进步的空间。

The environment is really comfortable

A good option for stays in Lhasa. Located in new Chinese area, but adjacent to Potala Palace. Hotel is in good condition. But prices are very high (think Hong Kong levels) but with service standards far below. Very few staff in hotel, and very few can speak even basic English. Horizon Club very poor value. One staff person only. Cannot speak any English. Very basic food offering. St Regis might be a better option? Certainly closer to Tibetan quarter.

真正五星級酒店的服務

大堂接待員十分友善，還替我們upgrade了房間，還幫了我們叫車。2樓的咖啡廳有小吃和沙拉，休閑很不錯，還有24小時的氧氣室，晚上有高山反應睡不著也不怕。

各樣設備都很好，特別是設有24小時氧吧。 可惜在不吸煙的房間經常聞到煙味。在控制除煙服務方面仍有改善空間，如果設有無煙房間樓層就更好了。

Great reception Lily Yang, super friendly and helpful. The only thing is the room cleaning, not really thorough especially the bathtub... overall good hotel.
