プールが付いていたのと朝食が無料であった点を差し引いてもとにかく客室以外の全ての部分が汚れていました。廊下は埃だらけ、プールに付いていたサウナはゴミだらけ、プールのシャワーは髪の毛だらけで、不潔でした。今まで泊まったどのホテルよりも汚かったです。4つ星をつけていたこのサイトは気をつけていただきたいです。

プールとスチームサウナ・Barが素晴らしいです！ 空港第二ターミナルTGV駅から5階に上がったらホテル行きのバス停があり、分かりにくいですが、２番線と書かれた青看板が左裏手側から15分置きに2345位まで出ています。Occeaniaと書かれたミニバン。ホテルからも朝から15分置き。所要時間5分強、部屋も非常に綺麗だし、リンスもあり、本当に便利。ただ、湯沸し器がありません。トイレとシャワーが別なのも嬉しいポイント。

プールとハマムは良い。

you should bring swimming suit even if you stay in winter time, they have very nice in-house pool.

Air conditioning

Great hotel close to the airport with a shuttle to terminal 2. The kids loved watching the planes land and take off. Great lobby and pool area and friendly staff.

Terrible expérience, after a long trip we wanted to take a shower and a good sleep before our flight back. When we checked in they were already aware that they didn’t have hot water on the whole property and they didn’t advise us. They had nothing to help us…. The reviews are bad but we understand now

Parfait pour bien dormir avant notre vol!

Parking was easy. We had a Suite room and it was good for my husband, my son and I with 2 rooms. The room itself was ok, clean but a bit dark - some of the lights didn’t work. We enjoyed the pool with our 5 year old son, then tried to get a drink at the bar around 5:30p (peak happy hour timing) and the bartenders kept leaving the bar with no one in sight, so waited for 10m to find anyone. We ate at the onsite restaurant….food was good, but service was slow, due to short staff apparently. Finally retreated to our room for the night and there was an awful buzzing sound which went off every minute, sounded like it was coming from just outside our room. Our son was already asleep so we couldn’t call to change rooms at that point. Terrible night sleep. Then no hot water in the morning for showers, and when I informed the front desk as we checked out they indicated that a technician was working on something that perhaps impacted the water. No offer to reimburse any part of our stay, or any apology. Overall, the aircon for the night was nice, but I would definitely stay at another property next time!

There is ZERO amenities nearby. So, be prepared. Close to the airport. EXCELLENT place to say. Really quiet, eco-friendly (they really are)

We arrived early and were made to sit in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or restaurant until check in which was 3 hours later (we came early to relax at the pool) The room was clean but the SHEETS WERE DIRTY. The shuttle drove BY when I needed to get to the airport and did not stop. Terrible experience.

I spend a lot of time in hotels for work and normally don't write reviews but I choose this hotel as it looked ok . However what I got for £300 a night was a dark and dingy room with only two lights in the bedroom and a very very small desk well more like a shelf but I could've worked off couldn't have worked on. The topper was that the hotel obviously wasn't capable of having enough hot water to support a full hotel so on both mornings when I came to shower, the water was cold. I had reported this to reception on the first day and they denied any problems but said they would send somebody up to my room to look at my water supply. It is quite obviously a problem that is always there. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
