The hotels in Venice are relatively old. This hotel seemed to be renovated. But it doesn’t have elevator. Comparing to other hotels, this hotel is totally OK.

　ホテル到着が午前11：00頃でした。チェックインは14:00でしたが、ホテルに着いた途端、頭痛がひどくなりフロント脇のソファーで休んでいました。しばらくして…12:00頃だったと思います。フロントの方が荷物を持って部屋へ案内してくださいました。とてもありがたかったです。

H.P上のイメージと現実が違った。 部屋は、５階からいったん外のテラスへ出たPという部屋で、正に屋根裏部屋と言う所でした。天井は小屋組露出、気温が低かったからよかったものの、低い天井とダブルベットのサイドは、ぎりぎりベットメイキング出来るぎりぎり寸法、荷物置き場が無い、冷蔵庫がないのにミニバーの料金表示があったり、イスもソファーも無い、TVが棚のうえに有り 1部画面が破損していたりイメージが最悪でした。 前日のベローナのホテルと同金額の割に格段の差に唖然でした。

中心地からも近く、スタッフの方も大変優しくて大満足のホテルでした。

トイレットペーパーが若干引き出しづらい。それくらい。

We had a wonderful time! The people who work here are very nice. We arrived pretty late around 10pm and the manager recommended us to a great restaurant where it was opened until 11pm. The room is cozy. Good price as well. I really liked the location. Because all the shops and foods were pretty cheap and good around that area. And the best part is it’s only 10 seconds away from the ocean. I’ve posted the picture of the view. I absolutely loved the morning walk. We would love to stay here again :)

サン・マルコにここまで近くこの値段設定はなかなか良心的ではないでしょうか。近くでテイクアウトしたピザを見て、キッチンからカラトリー類をくださったりと優しい方々が多かったです。 朝ごはんはイタリアのホテルの一般的レベルです。ただカプチーノが機械はいただけません。外で飲むことをお勧めします。

It was a very pleasant stay in this very clean and romantic, cozy hotel, in a convenient area. Walking distance to most of the interesting places, and only one minute walk to the sea bus riding point.

お値段以上！フロントの男性が特に感じが良かった。アルセナーレで、下船してとても近くて良い。飛行機が遅れてチェックインが遅れたが、ちゃんと対応してもらえて良かった。

レセプションの方（２名の男性）のチャーミングで明るい対応と丁寧なもてなしが嬉しかった。長距離移動でたどり着いた後のwelcomeな応対がなによりホッとさせてくれる。いくつかの質問にも親身に答えていただき信頼できるホテルだと思う。朝食も豊富で、ゆったりとした食堂で快適にいただける。立地的に十分な居室スペースではないのは承知だが（特にバスルームは極狭）、希望通りのツインを用意してくれて快適だった。

部屋も広くはないし、簡素で風呂もシャワーしかないけれど、居心地のよいホテルでした。静かで清潔、朝食もこのクラスのホテルとしては十分です。なによりもロケーションが素晴らしい。ホテルを出て30秒でサンマルコ、サンジョルジョ・マッジョーレ、サルーテを一望する気持ちのいい景色が楽しめます。ジョギングや散歩をするもよし、近くにはヴェネツィアでも特に評価の高いレストランが何軒かあります。宿泊にはあまりお金をかけず、ヴェネツィアライフを満喫したい人にお勧めです。

Only stayed for two nights. Room was small, but very clean. Staff was helpful.

Great location close to Arsenale

We had the top level- P- of this hotel for our honeymoon. The room was a bit smaller than expected/anticipated from what the Expedia pictures had shown. However, we had two terraces on either side of our room which allowed plenty of fresh air and light. One terrace was private and the other one was for use by other hotel stayers. All the amenities were up to date. Our bathroom had included a bidet. We had a vessel style sink which I personally enjoy. The location is great, it's near great restaurants. We enjoyed going to Al Gabbiano.

El Hotel lindo y bien ubicado… No apto para personas mayores por falta de elevador… Nos tocó piso 3 y fueron amables al subir equipaje pero subir es duro cuando tienes más de 70. Son amables y nos gustó

Otelin konumu harika, Oda küçük olmasına rağmen, çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Odanın 3.katta ve asansör olmaması beni oldukça zorladı. Oteldeki tek sorun kahvaltı çok yetersizdi Ve bunun için 15 EUR istenmesiydi. Dışarıda kahvaltı yapmayı tercih ettim. Bir sonraki seyahatimde yine tercih edebilirim. Umarım kahvaltı çok daha iyi hale getirilir.
