room clean and in good condition, staff helpfull

Hot tub was down. Pool was freezing cold. When the room above us flushed their toilet or ran the shower, a loud repetative clicking noise sounded in our room. Would recommend paying 40 dollars more and staying somewhere else.

I’m glad the staff dealt with some guest issues right away. It was a great start overall.

Room was very clean and great breakfast options. The only complaint is you should let people know the hot tub is broken as we booked here mostly for the hot tub

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool.

It wasn’t one thing that made the experience poor, but a combination of things. The pool had no towels and when I went to the desk, they restocked the giant shelf with 4 towels. Yay. The front doors are automatic, it’s -30 out so the entire first floor is cold. Which is why the front staff are in the back and take awhile to greet you. Why do hotels put an incidental rate on your card. That new thing pi$$es me off. The coffee pot was empty. The powdered eggs were really wet. The elevator took so long I walked up 3 flights and beat my family by a lot. Etc. etc. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one feels like a cheap hotel masquerading as a good one.

It was pretty icy outside the front doors and around the smoking area.

Clean room, kind staff, and good neighbors on Level 2.

Room was very clean and staff very helpful.

Generally room was clean. Toilet flush handle was functional but was a challenge to push down. Small seating area for breakfast. Meeting room provided for additional seating but would have been nice if tables were set up so that people sat across each other rather than side by side.

The staff was friendly and efficient, it was clean,quiet and the the continental breakfast was all right it had fresh fruit, which I really enjoyed

The hotel was clean and quiet. Pool was not open though hot tub was. Breakfast was not very hot. Seems warmers could have been hotter for the eggs and hash brown patties however overall good selection.

The hotel shows lots of wear and elevator is dirty and broken outside switches. breakfast was cold eggs and ham. Noisy room above kept us up even after calling front desk. Over ok , but really a 3 star. Beds were good, bathroom was clean.
