総合評価とレビュー Hampton Inn and Suites Des Moines Downtown

Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and polite staff. We like the downtown location... walkable to many destinations in the area... restaurants, bars, shopping. This time we went to a concert at the Iowa Event Center and walked their and back... 15 minute walk.

Well located for science museum and iowa cubs. Convenient parking. Walking distance to entertainment area. Great view od Capital Building and river.

Not bad for an overnight stay. Room was descent and clean. The bathroom needed some extra detail. Don’t get me wrong. It was clean but the cabinet where the towels were rolled into was dusty. When I pulled out my “clean towel” it grabbed all the dust with it. 2nd the faucet needs to be replaced. It was hard to turn on and reach my desired water temperature. For one night it was fine. Descent.

Good breakfast and coffee. Very quiet. Didn't know we'd have to pay for parking. Hot tub was barely luke warm. There was mold in the shower caulking.

They were really accommodating and helpful when we arrived at 1am

Great hotel but most dining options closed in walkable distance after 9. No on-site dining.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was great. Did not realize there was a parking fee, but that was my fault in missing it. All Around good stay but I have had better for a lot less in the price. Would recommend if you are wanting to be downtown it was a great location for that.

My Grandpa is dying and they refused to refund my room

Our room was awesome as we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite. What a great space!! Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Property and suite were clean and well maintained. Great location to visit Capitol bldg and Botanical Center. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed when we had to leave earlier due to my grandson not advancing in Iowa State Wrestling and we had my husband’s sister’s funeral to attend earlier this morning to drive back to Sioux City for and not being refunded one night stay for last night.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. The mattress is hard and the pillows are odd.

We were unaware of the $20 parking fee added on to an already expensive room it would have been helpful to have been posted before reservation. The breakfast was honestly awful mini portions,soggy and cold food especially compared to previous stay at separate hotel with multiple fresh options, it was a let down to anxiously wake up to, after a long day and night downtown the day before. It unfortunately just was not worth the cost of the room. We also were unable to use the hot tub, again after a long day due to not wanting to crash the party going on it was not respectful of others. We do want to add the guest services were helpful and pleasant.

This was a nice hotel for my stay.

Overall was great except the bed was terribly hard!
