Bagus, bersih, nyaman, design bagus, unik. Lokasi strategis, dekat pantai, ke pasar otop hanya jalan kaki, di depan pantai persis patong beach.

I had the most awesome stay here. Room is facing beach and with warmth style which comfort your sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Every thing perfect if you book Sea view room.

The view from room is really stunning though the interior was not same as the picture. The room’s exhaust fan is broken, they have sent someone to take a look and he said he would come back but he didn't and no staffs had sent feedback to us until we checked out. It really closes to the Patong attraction area and near some convenient stores

宿泊施設はパトンの端に位置しており、混雑していません。ゆっくりした休暇に最適です。ホテルの前にはレンタルバイクがあり、とても便利です。

This hotel by far is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staffs were not helpful and even hostile to us. When we ask for information, they didn't help us at all. What's ridiculous is that the housekeeping is only open during office hours! So you cannot request anything in the evening, even when there is an emergency. When we stated our frustrations (we went back to our room at night after a day tour and asked for a towel for our extra bed which they failed to provide) they raised their voice back at us. I have never been treated this way, even by a no-star hotel in a smaller town than Phuket! On our last day when it was time to check out, they called us up on our room just to say "It's time for you to check out." And hung up. I do not think they have any manners at all. They treat the guests like enemies. Even the amenities in the room were weird. The aircond is a huge 3PK aircon facing the bed. The shower were malfunctioning and there was an exhaust fan frame, but there was no ON switch. I guess a lot of this hotel's amenities are mere decoration. Such a waste of a good location.

部屋は美しく、海の景色が見えます。宿泊施設は清潔です。 2泊しましたが、メイドさんが掃除とタオルの交換に来てくれました。食べ物はおいしいです。ビュッフェではないですが、美味しくてボリューム満点です。すべてにおいて良いアドバイスです。

Can I give more stars please? This hotel was beyond my expectation. It looks deceivingly run down outside, but when enter your room you are suddenly warped into a 5 star looking hotel! Huge room with a bathtub looking out onto the ocean. The rooftop pool was a bonus, the pool does need a little renovating, but the view was fantastic. Ordered room service and brought it up to the pool for a quiet morning. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Phuket!

このホテルはパトンビーチの非常に良い場所に位置しています。混雑しておらず、静かで、ホテルの前のビーチはきれいで、海の水は澄んでおり、部屋はきれいに装飾され、快適で、海の景色はとても美しいです。ホテルの屋上にはプールがありますが、それほど大きくはありません。しかし、それで十分です。海のパノラマビューを眺めることができます。スタッフは丁寧で、素晴らしいサービスを提供してくれました。すべてに感動しました。
