Walau kamar imut tapi bersih dan nyaman, lokasi juga dekat keramaian. Staff ramah.

Kamarnya agak luas (standard Jepang) karena kami emang booking kamar yang lebih besar, toiletnya dilengkapi heater (sangat berguna pada saat cuaca dingin), resepsionisnya ada yang bisa Bahasa Indonesia. Cuma agak engap jalan ke hotelnya karena agak nanjak dan bawa koper gede 😭.

快適で清潔、設備の整った客室。さらに渋谷駅近くの場所を簡単に検索できます。ショッピングセンターやハチ公像も近くにあります。日本に帰国したら必ずまたこのホテルに泊まりに来ます。

Nice Hospitality in term of services and facilities, very close to shibuya crossing and city center.

Akomodasi sesuai dengan tertera di gambar, lokasi juga lumayan strategis dekat dengan Shibuya station dan Hachiko Monumen yg legendaris. Kebersihan cukup bagus dan perlengkapan kebersihan pribadi sudah disiapkan legkap dan rapih. Saya akan kembali lagi jika ke depan akan merencanakan perjalanan liburan ke Tokyo Jepang.

Very close to shibuya cross roads as well as station and hachiko statues. Value for money staying there.

Lokasi sangat dekat dengan sibuya station, shibuya crosesing. Pas cherry blossom season ada spot foto yang keren. kamar cukup kecil, standard hotel 3* di tokyo 14 sqm. cukuplah kalau hanya untuk tidur. Kalau ada budget lebih, mending ambil yang 21 sqm. Amenities lengkap. Kloset duduk modern otomatis.

It was a great experience to stay at Shibuya Granbell Hotel. The room was small but comfy at the same time. Everything was perfect. Bathroom also clean, and breakfast was good. Just had the same breakfast menu for 5 days in a row but I still enjoyed it. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay at Shibuya Granbell Hotel on my next visit. :D

Ukuran kamar yang terlalu kecil.

Room was clean, small and convertible, hotel service was excellent, very near to Shibuya station and near a lot of store and restaurant, very convenience

Very close by Shibuya West Exit, which makes it really convenient. Just a walk away from Daikanyama as well, so location is pretty central.

Great and comfortable hotel. Nearby to Shibuya JR Station and Airport Limousine Bus Station (Cerulean Tokyo Hotel)

Harga dengan fasilitas tidak sebanding. It's worth it.

Good to stay. Near Shibuya by walking about 5-7 minutes. Breakfast not much choice but have to restaurants for Japanese and American food.

Hotel cukup bagus, modern hotel breakfast 3 pilihan saja, lokasi dekat shopping mal dan supermarket, dekat stasiun Shibuya.

Great location near shibuya crossing and lots of sakura flower. The hotel a bit hard to find at first with taxi.
