Our Stay is from end of 2016 to new year 2017. Dinner/GALA dinner was good, Robby and pool is good atmosphere, location is close to beach, service people are friendly, room is clean. Overall we enjoyed the stay. But Wifi is not available in the room even additional fee is necessary. Safety box and refrigerator is also requires additional fee. In the night room is a little bit cold. Our room is close to play area for Billiard and table air hockey. The playing time is till 22:00 but till midnight it was really loud. I asked reception to be keep quiet because of our son's sleep, but it was rejected. Still now I don't understand why this was rejected. So the room is not so comfortable even cost is not reasonable. The access from airport is not good. We need to use taxi. Public transportation and hotel Shuttle bus is not available.

This hotel is probably good for seniors. We found bugs in our bathroom and our room had no privacy at all. I would not recommend it.

Amazing

Second time staying here - very enjoyable! Everything was great except the coffee at breakfast. It's the worst coffee I've ever tasted, so I paid for the upgraded coffee or went to a local coffee shop each morning.

I purchased a room with a sea view I was not granted the view. I also went to the bar to order a rum pina pineapple and the bar gave me pineapple juice twice. The people was not willing to serve us. A lot of racism. We paid for an all inclusive and didn’t not enjoy any festivities of the hotel. If your black don’t waste your time… Especially in November….

Hotel staff extremely friendly, cleanliness of everything was amazing. The resort is very beautiful and is situated in such a great area. The food buffet was the best part, everyday they had different foods & the quality of the food was extremely high, they made fresh croissants every morning which were amazing.

This is a great resort. It has everything you need. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and not over crowded. It's also in a beautiful, walkable area. The app system for booking lounge chairs, activities, and dinner reservations is excellent. The food at the buffet is varied and delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the drink selection. The coffee at breakfast is not good (sweet and small), and the pool bars should have more "resort" drink options, like frozen beverages. Overall, it was an amazing stay! I will be returning.

Skønt ophold. 2. gang jeg boede på hotellet, denne gang med venner. Maden endnu bedre, end jeg husker den. Udvalget enormt. Personalet venlige og imødekommende. Ofte for høj musik ved aftenunderholdningen, man vil jo også gerne kunne tale sammen. En af elevatorerne virkede ikke i flere dage, hvilket skabte komiske situationer i alenlange rækker foran den anden. Ellers et fantastisk ophold, vi kommer gerne igen.

Had an excellent time at this resort. Staff are so friendly, the place is kept very clean and the food was delicious! Lots to go and see outside the resort as well. The platinum club is the way to go!!

Great stay I went platinum this time and really enjoyed it can’t fault this place the platinum pool area on the roof the Bali beds are great for lazing in the sun

The toilet bowl was off the floor and was swinging. Our room was near walking street and noise from there was too loud in the evening.

Just spent a week in this beautiful and majestic hotel in sunny Costa Adeje. The location of the hotel is great. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable; unfortunately the aircon in our room didn’t work properly, so it was really hot (it was only in our room; our friends’ rooms were perfect). The food was good, the drinks as well. Staff service was mixed; some were very friendly, a few were quite rude, but most were professional. The hotel app was great; it was easy to book sunbeds and all the fun activities, and it was good source of information.

This property is great except for the constant loud music playing. If you have a room overlooking the pool, you won't get any sleep until after 11pm and if you have a room overlooking the beach, you won't get any sleep until after midnight due to all the restaurants playing non-stop music. Not a peaceful, relaxing place at all.

An excellent hotel to stay. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and next to the boardwalk. Very safe area. We did the half board which allowed us to have breakfast (coffee, water, juices free) and dinner (water, soft drinks and alcohol comes with a charge). More than enough food. Pool was nice. Had a heated and non heated. Front end, cleaning, restaurant, pool staff were great.

This is a very nice hotel. The food at the main restaurant is by best barely edible. It is a shame because the hotel is very lovely and has a chill relaxed vibe. We at most of our meals of site. I would have appreciated some carpet in my room and better towel/mini bar service. The staff is above helpful and friendly. Great ocean view and accessibility. Many local drinking spots very close by that have wonderful views of the ocean and tasty cocktails.
