Great hotel!

We enjoyed everything. We had a great stay and would stay again. My husband really liked the gym.

It was quiet, convenient, useable amenitiies, we will be staying again.

The pool was closed which was a huge inconvenience for my family of six overall I really enjoy booking this hotel when I’m passing through

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Pool wasn’t open which was disappointing

Only reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and slide for the kids , pool was out of order

The rooms and beds were good and the service was fine. When we booked we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were out of commission and we would have stayed elsewhere had we been informed . I think that is important especially with children .

We only stayed 1 night, but was very comfortable and quiet

On the first night I stayed my gas tank was drilled into and fuel drained and stolen. There’s a tent city behind the parking lot in the bush I did not see. When confronted after the manager told me her would not help with room costs and that parking is at own risk. $1600 for a new fuel tank installed. I recommend finding another place to stay.

Great staff. Noisy neighbors. Sound proof can be improved. Breakfast starts at 7am on weekends, which is not very convenient for people working on weekends.

Pool was closed the entire duration of the stay. Having kids this was one of the reasons for booking this hotel. You should offer discounts if the pool is out of commission for the entirety of peoples stays

Very clean rooms and great staff! Loved the pool and hot tub to relax in after a long drive. Would stay here again and recommend.

Great hotel. Relatively new and very well kept. Many restaurants within 5 min walk. Staff were well trained, very accommodating and service-minded. FO Manager who checked us in was quite exceptional. Would certainly stay here again and strongly recommend. Ty Ft St John Holiday Inn team.

I think a thing I appreciated was I needed a bandage and when I asked at the front desk they came back with four different sizes ❤️

Very friendly staff, easy Checkin and very convenient location. Rooms are spacious and clean.
