Température correcte mais type climatiseur bruyant

Ce que j'ai aimé : Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain propre Déjeuner excellent, varié et à volonté. Employé du restaurant très agréable Beaucoup de stationnements disponibles Ce que j'ai moins aimé : J'ai dormi dans la chambre 15, le climatiseur était très très bruyant au point de perturber grandement mon sommeil. Ça m'a beaucoup irrité. La salle de bain est vraiment petite. Pas de fer à repasser dans la chambre et aussi à la réception.

The staff are all friendly, the room was clean and the coffee was good! The bed, for me made me wake up sore but my husband had no issues and slept well. The breakfast is decent but could stand to have more options like yogurt and fresh fruit.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Close to major highway into Montreal or up north. Lovely outdoor breakfast area and adequate breakfast. Nearby playground.

When I booked room with Expedia, it shows non- smoking room and when we reached the property they told us we booked smoking room. Me and my husband don’t smoke and there is no option for us and there were no other rooms available. The room smells too much cigarette smoke and that makes our stay horrible. There are flies in the room and we informed reception and they did nothing. We travelled almost 700 km from Kitchener to Montreal and the stay makes our trip terrible experience. Because of the smoke smell we both had headaches and we were not able to explore the city.

The customer service/staff were excellent and the hotel offers a a nice breakfast next to a lovely garden included with the room. However, despite requiring a deposit against smoking in the room (and we are not smokers period), our room had carpet and it stank of cigarette smoke and we could not change rooms. Our shower was also terrible with barely any water pressure and the hair dryer was missing the cap.

I have booked a room from hotel.com and when I came there with my family they said they had no room

Nous y avons séjourné une nuit. Literie et matelas confortables. Grande chambre avec frigo. Bon petit-déjeuner continental avec œufs et saucisses. Personnel attentionné.

Petit motel très sympa, personnel accueillant

C’était bien. La chambre était propre. Il y avait seulement une odeur de cigarette mélangée à du parfum, provenant probablement d’une chambre fumeur.
