総合評価とレビュー Hampton Inn and Suites Baltimore/Woodlawn

出張で利用しました。ホテルのフロントで翌日のタクシー予約を頼んだが、当日になってみると手配されていませんでした。再び、タクシー手配を依頼したが、ロビーで1時間も待つ羽目になりました。スケジュールに余裕をもって行動していたが、仕事に遅れていたらと思うとゾッとします。Uberを使うべきでした。

Our room was dingy and the staff was rude.

It was Calm

Property was nicer than surrounding hotels but at $150/ per night I didn’t expect my sink drain to be clogged, my floor lamp didn’t work and the iron messed up my evening clothes for the event I was attending by leaking water from the bottom of the iron. I had to wait for it to dry and wear my clothes wrinkle. Then when I went to call to front desk no answer and no return call. I waited until it was time to leave for my event and go to front desk still no one around. Upon my return I shared with front desk clerk close to midnight and she showed no remorse for my experience at all just starred at me. I had to say did you hear me did you get what I said. I just said I will write cooperate.

Enjoyed our trip to Bmore and our stay at this hotel. Very clean, free breakfast, a great night's rest, near to the event we attended and right off of the 695 beltway.

The access to the function was within walking distance. Breakfast was great. The staff was very cordial.

The thermometer was at a set temperature and could not be changed. The body wash in the shower was empty. My sister asked if all in our party could be on the same floor. They did not accommodate and said they were booked. However, rooms were still being cleaned late into the evening. The eggs in the morning did not seem like real eggs. The coffee that was out for staff throughout the day was cold and had to be heated in the microwave. It is very subpar for a Hampton Inn and I would not book there again.

I tried to see ifI could check in a little early nd was told no. So I arrived at the check in time and my room still wasn't available. I had a gathering t get to so couldn't stay and wait. Returned around 9pm and due to the inconvenience with check in earlier I was offered to check out at 1pm instead of 11am. So at 11:20 I am being disturbed by knocking on my door about check out and then they called on the phone. There was nothing put in about it. So at this point my relaxation was ruined.

Was a one night stay for my nieces softball tournament. Great room.

Neat and clean, quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed the room, breakfast and pool. The only negative would be they use refillable toiletry dispensers now and BOTH shampoo and body wash were completely empty. My suggestion would be to please be more diligent as filling these. I didn’t discovery it until I was already in the shower. This issue would not prevent me from returning but seems substandard for a Hampton Inn at Baltimore.

The room was comfortable and clean. And breakfast was fine. Convenient location not far from Baltimore. Was quiet at night and slept well in the bed. Gave this place 4 stars because I recommend there be a specific floor or side of the hotel saved for guests with pets. Our room was next to one where a guest had a dog that barked loudly and woke us up early in the morning. And the barking continued when we returned back to the room in the afternoon. Made our stay a little unpleasant while we were there but otherwise things were fine.

Area is not good after dark but convenient location to the convention center. Front desk staff were very helpful in answering our questions. Room was clean and comfortable.

The man at the front desk when I arrived was rude not very personable and when I asked for an extra pillow he yelled “NO” at me and did not provide and explanation would give ZERO stars if I could

The hotel is very cheap, has nothing in the room. Not even a single plastic cup, no coffee machine. The breakfast is very low quality

The room was very clean. The bathroom had everything in liquid pump bottles, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I love that. The cabinet fridge was very spacious. The other side of the cabinet had little shelves, for food storage. The TV was a big screen. The bed mattress, was very comfortable. AC was working really good,. Room was niice and cool. I will stay here again.
