出張で利用しました。ホテルのフロントで翌日のタクシー予約を頼んだが、当日になってみると手配されていませんでした。再び、タクシー手配を依頼したが、ロビーで1時間も待つ羽目になりました。スケジュールに余裕をもって行動していたが、仕事に遅れていたらと思うとゾッとします。Uberを使うべきでした。

The room clean and was cleaned while I was there. The breakfast was suitable for my needs. The maid service was notable. They were attentive to my needs.

From the check in process to the condition of the property and the room, no effort was extended. The elevator had a smelly sticky liguid spilled in it, the room was outdated and the matress was like a towel. It presented as a $40 room. Hampton once was a go to trusted clean and modern travel stop for me. No more! The very good rating on expedia must have come from a poll of local crackheads. I didnt complain, nor did i stay. I chose instead to drive 4 more hours to my destination. If you have a reasonable expectation of what a hotel room should be, don't book here

Rooms where clean

There was stain on carpet and missing light in bathroom.

The decoration in the room was pleasing to the eyes. The bathroom was very clean. I like that I was able to use my phone to checkin and open my room door.

Didn’t appreciate the service third party. Never can get to the source for problems.

they will charge you for everything!! eating breakfast in your room, having decorations in your room, making any noise after 10pm INSIDE THE HOTEL. but you can be out front making all the noise you like

It's been a pleasant stay, parking is an issue to it reserving half +/- blocked off

Hotel had a recent bed bug infestation and roaches on the room. The location was off putting and in a sketchy area.

Perfect customer service

There were ample signs describing a noise ordinance after a specific time. However at 2:30 in the morning I was awoken to the blasting of boom box music and people yelling. This continued for over half an hour.

Room not thoroughly cleaned. Staff not very friendly

Waited 20 minutes at the front desk looking for someone so I could check in. The second day they didn't leave us enough towels the third day they didn't leave us a towel for when we got out the shower. The soap containers that were located in the shower were empty.
