Nice room, nice view, nice staff, perfect stay!!!!

Nice accommodation. nice view. nice hot spring (private n public). nice food. Very nice :) Except poor connection of WiFi in room :(

아와지시마 섬에 있어서 고베에서 렌트해서 이동경로가 좀 있지만 한적하고 조용하며 탁 트인 오션뷰를 자랑하고 있으며 개별온천이 딸린 방에 숙박하여 맘껏 밤새 온천도 즐겼습니다. 그리고 가이세키요리와 아침 조식또한 다른 숙소에 비해 퀄리티가 높다고 보여집니다.

If the dinner can eat in the room would be more nice

Beautiful hotel, very nice and big spacious onsen with full beauty products. Staff are friendly and informative. Private room dining course by course and free flow of wine and liquor. Breakfast was great too. Sea view from hotel room.

We were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff right at the moment when we arrived the hotel premises. Nice sea view from the room which is spacious with private hot bath at the balcony. In addition to the two onsens which belong to the hotel, we have the privilege to share the other two onsens belong of the neigboring hotel. Free alcoholic drinks provided (after 9:30pm). What worth mentioning is the excellent hospitality and caring staffs who bidded us farewell at the open area outside the hotel notwithstanding the heavy rainfall when we departed. The pity is that the GPS did not tell the precise location with the hotel telephone number. Highly recommended!

Everything seems alright alright at this hotel, except we've got bites in the bed, I believe they're fleas! Hope they will do something on it.

私家溫泉面向海洋非常舒適，房間整潔 店員非常友善，早餐和晚餐不錯，但酒店附近不是太多餐廳，宜駕車前往 溫泉硫磺味不重 It is suitable for couples and family for short stay!

優點: 服務, 風景, 晚餐都非常好... 缺點: 偏遠, 從大阪市區要楂百幾公里車去, 但喜歡楂車 (和乘客唔介意坐長途車) 的就唔係問題...

這次是跟著父母一起去的家庭旅行，飯店分為兩部份，我們開車抵達到別墅區，服務人員用跑的在前面引導我們到櫃檯check in,很感動。大浴場是共用的，我在回房間的路上迷路了，櫃檯服務員一樣熱心帶我到達電梯口。很特別地，這家的溫泉水是海水的鹹味哦！早晨還可以在房間裡躺在床上迎接早晨第一道曙光，真是太棒了！據說，這間飯店每個房型都是面海的。

酒店環境優雅清潔，望着大海泡浴，令人心曠神怡。服務極佳，前堂有自助飲品供應；膳食美味優雅，看得出廚師很用心思 ! 所有職員都很友善，尤其是 Ms. Yuri Okuyama (奧山由梨) & Ms. Chie Makimoto (蒔元千绘) 兩位，親切勤懇、真心友善，樂於慷慨協助客人尋找旅遊資料…… 得到她們的款待和幫助，很窩心愜意♡♡♡… 謝謝 ! 住在這裡感受到濃濃的人情味，令人感動，依依不捨 !

It takes 90mins to travel from Kobe, really a bit far, but the environment and the views were excellent, it just worth.

雖然去的路程比較遠，但是真的很值得，酒店設施一流，服務也非常周到，房裡的私人溫泉能望著海景簡直無敵！住進去真的不願意離開！
