Wi-Fi接続が部屋の中では全く出来なかった。とても不便でしたよ

Is this hotel 4 stars? I don't believe it. Soaps are so cheap, there is no garbage can, no refrigerator, no amenities, etc.

シャワールーム、シャワーの水が周りに飛ばないような仕切りは無く、周りが水浸しになります。シャワーをしたら、バスタオルで拭き掃除します。シャワー、トイレ、洗面の1室は、暖房が無く、寒い。朝はお湯が出ませんでした。空調のコントローラーが無く、暖房が効かない。クレームを言ってようやくコントローラーを持ってきた。朝食はいまいち。2泊予定を1泊で切り上げ、退散。最悪の宿でした。

新館のホテルに宿泊したのですが ゴミ袋がかたずいて いない日がありました。チップもそのまま残してたりして❔

ロケーションが最高です。 眺望の良い部屋のリクエストにも答えてくれました。

バスターミナルからは歩いて10分位？バスで早朝に到着したので荷物だけ預けようとしたら、前日空いてたのか何と先に部屋へ通してくれました。チェックインは夕方改めて手続きしました。 全館禁煙で客室は増築したのかEVか階段で一旦地下へ降りて、レストランを横目に見ながら新館？へ移動しそこからまた2階より上へって感じでした。まぁ許容範囲内です～ ヌエボ橋が見える部屋もあるっぽかったけど、案内されたのは全く無関係の部屋。セキュリティBOXは故障中なのか反応しなかった・・ TVは40型位の大きめ、冷蔵庫やスリッパはなく毛布はクローゼットに常設？ アメニティは一通りあり、ティッシュはポケットサイズのが一つだけでバスタブ付きでした。 レストランやカフェがヌエボ橋に隣接してるので、景観は抜群。夜のライトアップにも参加しています。 朝食は時間が合わず、夕食も別で食べたので詳細は不明。 観光の起点？でもあるヌエボ橋の目の前だし、朝到着でも空いてれば部屋に通してくれるなど融通が利くみたいです。

バルコニー側の部屋を取ると、景観は最高。観光に疲れても、すぐ戻って一休みできる環境です。 併設のレストランもとても良かった。テラス席は眺めも良く。とても美味しかった。 ひとつ悪い点、バスルームの仕切りが小さく、シャワーを浴びると部屋全体がびちょびちょになり、大変苦労した。

Breakfast items were limited and presentation was poor. Slow coffee service.

This was the highlight of my trip. Everything was excellent. The accommodating staff, assisting in changes, the location of the Hotel and the wonderful view of El Tajo from the room terrace.

the elevator was not working for 2 days, there were no towels in the room, and the restaurant service was terrible. The good thing that the hotel has is an amazing view of the bridge

The staff was terrible - rude, not accommodating or helpful! The area is nice. The hotel room ok. We paid extra for the balcony and view - not worth it!

Gut gelegen und zweckmässig

L’emplacement idéal avec vue sur le Pont Neuf. Mais ce n’est pas un 4* tout au plus un 2/2.5*. Le mobilier est vieux et mal entretenu. Le coffret de sécurité était hors d’usage comme tous ceux à l’étage. Le déjeuner décevant, les ascenseurs passés date …..

Staff were patient with visitors and the room was super big and bathroom huge too! Close to eateries and of course the sight!
