受付スターフが親切だった。 チェックインに10分もかかってしまった。 エントランスから部屋に行くエレベーターまでは、30〜40メートルくらい歩いた。 駐車場予約のメールに返信してくれなかった。

ニース駅からも近く歩けるし、トラムからも近いので便利。壁が薄いので音が聞こえる。 駅近くのホテルでは良いだと思う。

コストパフォーマンス抜群のホテルです。 トラム駅がすぐそばで、アクセスも決して悪くありません。

以前にも泊まったことがあり、２回目の宿泊になります。 海からは離れていますが、路面電車駅がすぐ近くにあり、海まで出るのは楽です。３日間の滞在で、２回海に行きました。国鉄駅へも歩いて行けるので、ロケーション面では良い方と言えると思います。近くで朝市もやっており、買い物をするのも楽しいです。 施設は、設備は多く無い（冷蔵庫が無い）ものの、新しく、清掃も行き届いており、空調も良く快適です。 コスパを考えるとかなりの有力ホテルだと思います。

The room is alright, however when I arrived there’s no hot water in the bathroom so my family didn’t take shower for the whole day whole night. It’s a pretty bad experience as it seems the staff isn’t surprised about the hot water issue and they said this cannot be fixed immediately. I was trying to ask for compensation but the only thing they can give is either a soft drink or brekkie which I don’t need all of them. The hair dryer in my room is also broken (when I was drying my hair after the hot water was back and I took a shower, it suddenly stopped and looks like it’s gonna burst as it has spark/flash inside of the hair dryer). Anyway I would say the equipment seems very old in this hotel. Also the noise cancelling is very bad, you can hear your neighbour’s sound when they are in corridor, I wouldn’t recommend here if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. The bed is comfortable and the lady in the reception is friendly btw. Other than that, no compliments for this hotel.

Hôtel proche de la gare dans un quartier propre, le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est très correcte, je le recommande.

Frukosten var fantastisk! Rummet var lite slitet men rent. Lyhört ut till korridoren och takbaren.

The location was great, the Tram runs in front of the hotel, very convenient. The restaurant at the hotel is very convenient and the food was pretty good. My only complaint was that we had the Jr suite for 5 adults, there were 3 twin beds in the upper level and the ceiling over the 3 beds was very low, my grandauther hit her head very hard walking to one of the beds. The shower could use a shelve to put the shampoo and conditioner, also no place to put the soap. For old people (like me) it would have been helpfull to have a bar to hold in to it. Other than that the bathroom was spacious, with 2 sinks and the toilet in a separate room, very helpfull for us 5 woman.

great location and on site restaurant very good, especially with the 15% discount for hotel guests. 5 to 10 mins walk from main station and on the tram line down to old town and seafront. Not a lot of amenities otherwise but price was very good. Note bedrooms are small though in common with most French hotels in this bracket. Plenty of hot water etc. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very nice.

Ligger like ved jernbanestasjon så bra beliggenhet ift å ta tog flyplass og byene i nærheten. Bra frokost.

Bra prisvärt boende. Praktiskt familjerum med fräscht badrum och härlig balkong. Frukosten var över förväntan. Även om hotellet är lite äldre så var det rent och fräscht. Perfekt med tågstationen strax utanför dörren. Tyvärr hade de inte öppnat roof top med bubbelpool för säsongen, trots att det stod att det skulle vara öppet.

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin de la gare. Chambre correcte, mais il faisait trop chaud et impossible de mettre la clim. Salle de bain refaite à neuf récemment.

Hyvä sijainti, erinomainen aamiainen, hyvä ravintola ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Perhehuone kerrossänkyineen oli tilava mutta kannattaa pyytää huone sisäpihan puolelta, sillä liikenteen äänet kuuluvat aika kovaa. Hotellista oli rantaan matkaa 1.8 km mutta kävely meni nopeasti koska kauppoja, tori ja nähtävyyksiä oli koko matkan. Matka oli turvallinen myös myöhään illalla kävellessä ja halutessaan voi ottaa hotellin vierestä kulkevan rautiovaunun. Autotpaikkoja on vain 5 kpl ja ei huomattu varata etukäteen, joten saatiin hotelliparkki vain yhdeksi yöksi hintaan 22 eur. Ihan vieressä on parkkitalo mutta siellä pysäköinti maksaa tuplat.
