VIPアクセス特典でビールを一本サービスいただき、部屋も広い所にアップいただけたようです。 wifiが少し繋がりにくかったですが、部屋が端だったかもしれません。 お湯もしっかり出て、バスルームも清潔でした。

スタッフはとても親切でした。

ここに３泊しました。リクエストの通り、静かな部屋を用意してくれました。高山病の予防の為に、お茶を沢山飲みましたが、ポットと数種類のお茶が常に用意してあり、助かりました。水は毎日補充してくれます。冷蔵庫の中のビールとコーラ、インカコーラは無料でした。 フロントのスタッフは、いろいろな相談に乗ってくれて助かりました。ただひとつ残念なのは、暖房器具がヒーターしかなく、少し寒いです。 皆さんにお勧めします。

スペースは狭いながらも快適な部屋で、夜は暖房がしっかり効いて寒さも感じず朝まで良く眠れた。水のボトルも無料で２本付いてくるところが良かった。マチュピチュ行きの人が朝早くチェックアウトするので、朝ゆっくりしたい人にとっては少しうるさいが、そこはどこのホテルでも同じと思われる。ホテルの周辺にうるさい商業施設がないので、騒音による悩みもなかった。部屋にティッシュがないのが唯一の難点。 フロントにはコーヒー、コカ茶が置いてあり、朝食も種類が豊富で○。アルマス広場まで距離は近いが、着いたばかりの人にはややきつい上り坂があるが、ゆっくり上れば特に問題なし。また泊まりたいホテル。

クスコに４箇所ホテル展開するホテルで、宿泊したのは最も中心部に近いところでした。 ２階建てで、パティオがあり趣のある佇まいです。 フロントのコカ茶やコーヒーなど飲み放題です。

Wonderful and affordable stay near the historic district. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in this area and this is my favorite!

Staff was very helpful. Shuttle to airport was very good & inexpensive. Location was great as well. Can walk to san blas square & to main square. Lots of restaurants too choose from.

This is lovely small boutique hotel which is comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is perfect for walking, shopping, meals, and finding additional tours. The staff were very helpful and the local people were kind and gracious.

The staff were very helpful and even helped call a taxi for us. I loved the backyard at the hotel and the San Blas neighborhood — it’s easy to walk around with lots of great restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, as long as you don’t mind walking up a small hill.
