The property was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were on the smaller side but big enough and we had a sea view with a balcony which was gabulous. My favorite was the private beach which was beautiful with chairs and umbrellas without extra charge. We ate at all 3 restaurants and food was great! Only downside is it is isolated and taxis are impossible to get and expensive you definitely need to rent a car.

Absolutely gorgeous property and truly friendly staff. The kind of place you go to and never forget. We returned for my wife's birthday and it was again unforgettable. We will be back!

An absolutley beautiful place to stay. The gardens are magical, the ocean view does not disappoint. The property ans beach are well maintained. All the staff was very helpful, especially Luanne.

Le plus apprécié était: la proximité de la mer et le fait que les transats et le parasol soient compris dans le prix. La gentillesse du personnel, les commodités autour de la piscine, la qualité des repas. La vue mer depuis la chambre était bien présente et splendide même si nous étions logés sur un rez de chaussée haut avec un ascenseur extérieur bouchant un peu le reste de la vue. La propreté/ménage de la chambre, les chips, les friandises et la bouteille d'eau renouvelés tous les jours par le personnel de chambre. Les 5 chaînes de TV en français. Les quelques animations dans le salon de l'hôtel (piano voix, chanteur...) Que le personnel parle plusieurs langues dont le français. Le parking sécurisé pour la voiture. L'aide de la réception aux excursions Le moins apprécié était: Les prix des prestations et/ou repas et boissons non inclus dans la réservation et à chaque commande de repas ou boissons on nous facture des frais de service pour le personnel. Aucune boisson de comprise dans la demi pension. Le fait de devoir signer 3 à 4 fois par jour un reçu papier pour ce qu'on commandait. Le montant du pourboire (près de 250€) qui est venu s'ajouter aux frais de service pour le personnel de chaque commande. Ce pourboire est largement suggéré car déjà inscrit sur la facture lors du check out. On nous a bien précisé qu'on pouvait le refuser ou le diminuer mais il aurait fallu réimprimer la facture ce qui nous aurait fait manquer notre avion.

Exceptional staff

Fantastic resort directly on the Golf of Aranci with a very nice beach, pool and spa. We used the spa almost every day. It’s private so you reserve the hot tub, sauna, steam, etc. The hotel rooms are remarkable and the house cleaning staff is impeccable. The views from our room overlooked the water and beach. Restaurants in this resort are exceptional and the entire staff was pleasant. We stayed for 19 nights and got to know just about everyone. The resort is tucked away but you are a short drive to Multa Maria and Porto San Paola. We took a lot of day trips on boats and went to Tavolara Island and the Maddelena Archipeligo. Both were great all day trips. This place is a lot of fun.

Every where was absolutely spotless. The staff couldn't do enough for you, they was so friendly from start to finish, food was fantastic and beach view was absolutely stunning

Tolle saubere Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Schöne ruhige Lage, mit eigenem Strand in kleiner Bucht. Essen auch sehr gut. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

At dinner, the staff were literally running to provide service as quickly as they could, but they were seriously understaffed and one meal of 3 courses took 2hrs45min. Most of them remained very friendly, but some were obviously frustrated. This was in low season (May), so we wouldn't have wanted to see what happens when the guest number triples or quadruples! Another thing: the room fridge didn't work- but it was quickly replaced. The food: a few very good dishes, several much too heavy ones. In general, excellent amenities, beautiful site.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well maintained with an incredible sea view. The staff is very professional, polite and friendly. I have had overall a very pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend to stay there!

the hotel is away from everything and you feel a bit isolated it is extremely expensive and the food options are minimal

Amazing hotel with a great staff. The location felt very secluded, which made it feel extra special. The pool is perfectly situated with amazing views. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the near future.

Beautiful property inside and out. Private beach. Super Friendly staff. Dinner restaurant changed menu every 10 days. So good variety and gourmet food. Views incredible with big ships going in and out of distant port. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with great staff, lovely food and a wonderful location. If you don’t want to stay in the hotel you need to hire a car as taxis to anywhere are expensive, the food was good value but drinks were expensive. The only negative of the stay was the bed being very uncomfortable.
